*BIBLE READING* : Psalms 9-12

*TOPIC:* A JOYOUS ENDING

*TEXT:* "For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off." *Proverbs 23:18*

God has destined a joyous ending for His children however the situations of their lives may be. The complete script of their life experience is ordained to end in joy. He sees the end from the beginning and He is the beginning and the ending so no situation of life should make a believer lose focus of the joyous ending.

When you go through the Scriptures, you will see several people who encountered problems but at the end, they had a pleasant glorious ending. How a given situation ends is more crucial.

In Mark 2:1-12, we read of a man who was paralyzed. He was born by four people because his situation had made him incapacitated, but at last he walked home by himself. In Mark 5:1-20, we see how a notorious mad man became an evangelist. Similarly, in Luke 7:11-15, we read of a woman who was happily married and had a son. At some point, she lost her husband and then her son, and was embarking on a journey to bury him when she encountered Jesus. At the end, her trip of sorrow became a trip into permanent joy and comfort when the Lord raised up her son from the dead.

Child of God, that situation of your will have a happy ending. I see the same joyous ending in every situation of your life. You shall testify.

*Prayer:* My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, give me joyous ending in every circumstance of life.
