I know this is not a popular message but it is important we talk about this.

I know a lot of people have so much hope when they start a business butttttt.

“ Multiple stream of income “ is very important in this part of the world oo but is better to have two very profitable businesses than 4 problematic and unproductive businesses oo.

It is not easy to consider closing down your business especially when you think of the money and time you have invested in the business .

But you really need to consider certain factors that would help you decide if you have to close it down, close it down until further notice or not.

Profitability- You need to be sure your business is actually making profit . Sighhhhhhhhhh

The economic challenges the world is facing now , especially Nigeria .

If you do Business in Nigeria you know we are facing severe economic and as a result cost of doing business is on the rise.

You need to be sure you are making profit, cash flow is not profit .
