Over a year ago I bought a $12,000 EMG machine (a device that measures muscle activation) with the plan to create a series of videos testing and documenting how well different exercises are at activating different muscles.

After a lot of planning, testing, and researching, we are finally ready to start the series. To kick it off, we tested how well different chest exercises activate the different areas of the chest (upper, middle, lower chest).
