At times the devil also uses *_Feelings and emotions_* to trap or disrupt people from reaching their pinnacle.

This was used against Samson. He was marked as threat, Delilah was used as bait, unfortunately he fell for it.

Demas was said to love the world and he backslid. Talk of Saul, Gehazi, Ahab etc were stopped from reaching their goal due to desires, feelings and emotions that contradict God's will.

What are adversaries?
Simply put; enemies or opponent.

What are their manifestations?
1. *Sickness:* It takes strength to walk into doors. It's only a man that is healthy that will take up opportunities.

Cases of sickness and encounter with Christ
• The woman with the issue of blood Mark 5:25-34
• The man by the pool of Bethsaida John 5:2-9
Both were healed! Glory to God!

Where has sickness tied you down? Remember: *Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.*
