Trying to keep this all by myself for so long,but realise that it's not helping me in anyway
Looking for advice that can help fixed back my sanity 😭😭

I have been in a relationship for 5 years now
with my guy,

he really intended making me his wife but due to work stress, we have not spend much time together except on weekends as such we do not know ourselves that much so i later feel I was not giving him attention an time
I decide to take a week break at work to stay with him at least we should have a good time together I know he love me so much,but I never know how to tell him I Don't know how to cook very well because my parents never allows me since we had a domestic staff that does literally everything an I never wanted to lose him
I have been buying food unknowingly to him ,he also thinks I prepared them
So he asked me prepared Fry plantain that is what he feels like eating sincerely now my relationship is at stake please I need people could help me beg him pls I don't want to lose him his actions towards me since then is really affecting my mental health pls someone help me out what should I do I feel he is having different mindset towards me I need help😭😭😭
