It is my pleasure and privilege to be addressing you ALL for the wonderful achievements we made in the year 2020.

LITTLE INTRO OF OUR ACHIEVEMENT:
• Reached out to almost 200+ poor people in the street.
• Reached out to the total of 9 schools.
• Distributed over 700 hundred exercise Books.
• Distributed over 300 hundred pads to the girl’s child.
• Awarded scholarships to more than 42 Students.
• Distributed over 1000 thousands Writing Materials.

As we have begun the year 2021, I pray and hope we will achieve more. It is also with a great sense of satisfaction, both personal and professional I say Thank you TEAM HUMANITARIAN, I must say that I owe this sense of fulfilment entirely to your contributions as members of the HUMANITARIAN team for TOUCH A LIFE CAMPAIGN.
For this reason, I want to celebrate a job well done with you all. I therefore wish to appreciate your contributions to enable TOUCH A LIFE CAMPAIGN fulfil its mandate.

This achievement would have been an effort in futility if not for the dedication and immense contributions from the State Government, industrious sons of Nkanu Land, Civil Society Organizations, and Team Humanitarian. TECHNICAL ASSISTANT TO THE GOVERNOR OF ENUGU STATE (Executive Director Of TALC) CELEBRATED INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY WITH SOME PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN NKANU EAST.

ON 12 August, 2020.

INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY is commemorated every year on 12 August. Today, we celebrate the youth all over the world, especially the youth of Enugu State. We equally celebrate energetic spirit of the youth. We also celebrate resilience. And finally We celebrate innovative spirit, willpower and talents.

One of the Technical Assistant to Rt. HON. IFEANYI UGWUANYI the Executive Governor of Enugu State by name HON. EGBO CHINAGOROM FRANKLIN celebrated the INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY with some PRIMARY and SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS in Nkanu East today being 12 August with Face mask, COVID-19 washing hand bucket, Cash, Scholarship and others.

MRS JOSEPHINE NNEJI (The Principal) and TEACHERS of the school welcomed HON. EGBO CHINAGOROM FRANKLIN, HON. ZION BENJAMIN ARINZE CHUKWU (Member Representative Enugu East Senatorial District Of Nigeria Youth Parliament) and one of the representatives from family Love FM and others.

MRS JOSEPHINE NNEJI and other applauded HON. EGBO CHINAGOROM FRANKLIN for celebrating INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY with the primary and secondary school students. She added that it's a welcomed development that indeed they are feeling the Government presents.

She equally commended The Governor of Enugu State, RT. HON. IFEANYI UGWUANYI and other leaders within Nkanu East for the help so far to the school.

UGWUANYI Aide and others lectured the students about YOUTH ENGAGEMENT TO THE SOCIETY, CULTIST and MORAL UP BRINGING etc.

HON. EGBO CHINAGOROM FRANKLIN, Technical Assistant To The Governor of Enugu State in his final statement said that WE the students are the leaders of tomorrow and He believes in the Youths.
In addendum he said he will give scholarships to 40 students, 20 for the poorest of the poor and 20 for the best student he then handed over 200 hundred face mask, COVID-19 washing hand bucket and cash and others to the principal in support of the state Government administration led by RT. HON. IFEANYI UGWUANYI, the executive Governor of Enugu State.

He then concluded by thanking His Excellency RT. HON. IFEANYI UGWUANYI for finding the youth wordy to serve in his Government. Indeed He Is The Most Youth Friendly Governor.

Enugu State is Truly in the hands of God.

DAY ONE, SCHOOL RESUMPTION: AMAFOR UGBAWKA SECONDARY SCHOOL IN FOCUS.

On 4th August 2020.

I believe in Ubuntu "I AM BECAUSE YOU ARE".
In my own little way i called labourers to cut the grass at the secondary schools within my village/community (Community Secondary School, Amafor Ugbawka) in Nkanu East local government ahead of school Resumption for final year secondary students after several months of lockdown, in no doubt the lockdown have made many school environments to be untidy.

On 4th August 2020, I, Comr. EGBO CHINAGOROM FRANKLIN (Technical Assistant to the Governor), SPA to the LG Chairman went to the Community Secondary school Amafor Ugbawka to supervise the cutting of grass of the school which was sponsored by Me, ahead of resumption of school for final year secondary School students.

Well the cutting of grasses/fumigation exercise was my own contribution to help the state government led my RT. HON IFEANYI UGWUANYI, in creating a safe environment for the Nkanu East students and teachers as they resume school on August 4th.

This exercise will eliminate reptiles and rodents that must have invaded the school premises during the lockdown as well as prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Education is the bedrock of development of any nation the need of comfortable environment is important.

The Principal of Community Secondary school, Amafor Ugbawka, was very happy at the exercise, for the sensibility and humanitarian heart that Community Secondary School should be cleared/fumigated for the safety of the students and teachers..

In her statement she said " cutting of the school grasses exercise is a welcome Initiative that will help them to have a safe environment" the principal equally appreciated Gov Ugwuanyi, who she described as “the working friendly governor” for the work so far and others.

Furthermore I, UGWUANYI Aide promise to buy the school machine that their will be using in cutting grasses and advise the principal to make sure the teachers and students obey all the laid down COVID-19 protocol as adopted by WHO and NCDC as their start school.

This is further in line with the Campaign's Mission to Strenghten ties between the Classroom and Skill Acquisition Halls.
