Only people who truly care about you can hear when you're silent.i personally suppressed my feelings in my chest until they move up to my neck.no words ever comes out of my mouth. life sewer it shut. I learn early on that expressing how I feel make me look weak so I bottle up my emotions and figure out ways to drown the boughtes. i live in pure silence but my mind and soul is screaming. The screams vibrates and echo with the deepest part of my soul. i own a lot to pay blessed are those who support and care about our parents situation.
