I Presented scholarships to 50 students in Ilorin to study in Ajetumobi college of Education, IRA Kwara state, through Saka Eletu Foundation.

After reading the attached article of an Orphan, Ashiru who is being *diagnosed with chronic kidney disease*, today we at Saka Eletu Foundation paid a visit to the boy and settled the bill of #200,000.
We observed prayers for successful operation and quick recovery of Mallam Ashiru.
ASHIRU’S STORY:
*I am Ashiru*
My name is Ashiru. I was born to blind parents and grew up with parents who never had the opportunity to know how their beloved son looks.
Did I offend God to be born by them or do I regret having them as my parents? No. I'm happy to have them as my parents and would always appreciate God for destiny.
I spent the better part of my young age leading my parent around the town begging for alms. The reason I can't join you playing or watching football.
I never tasted alcohol, ladies would spit at me if I dare walk closer and my legs are my best vehicle.
I lost my blind parents and left with the struggle of life. While I was planning to re-draw my life, I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. *It is another test from my God*
I'm happy to find a sibling in my good friend @Amir Rational, while I have given up hope, he told me that he has some people who could help me fight and defeat this deadly disease.
I hope you won't disappoint him.
I'm no longer scared of death, this world isnt friendly but I thank God that I never lose my faith in Allah.
I thank Him for giving me the strength to observe Ramadan even though I didn't have something good to break my fasting on most days.

Over the weekend, we successfully distributed Ramadan package to over 2000 electorates in Ilorin-East and Ilorin-South through SAKA ELETU FOUNDATION. We also distributed a total of 113 bags of 10kg semolina to Ilorin-South and a total of 123 bags of 10kg semolina to Ilorin-East.
May Allah grant us the reward of the holy month and make us witness many more in the best condition.

We’ve been able to reach out to over 900 people in ilorin south/east today.
(Akanbi 1, Akanbi 2, Okaka 1, Okaka 2, Akanbi 5, Magaji Are 2, Oka Oyi/Oke ose, Iponri, Apado, Marafa/pepele, Maya/Ile apa and Agbeyangi) so far, we proceed to cover other wards tomorrow insha Allah.

It’s always good to be back home in Ilorin to the warm welcome of the members of Saka Yusuf Eletu Youth Vanguard led by Mall. Abdullahi Ire (Minister), We hope to continue to rub shoulders and help each other out. Join us on Sunday at the outreach where we will be reaching out to over 2 thousand households with our token of love and support.
