Irawo Homes & Properties Ltd is a subsidiary company of Irawoadeoluwa Capital Investments Ltd headquartered in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Irawo Homes is a real estate holding & development company in urban Centres across the globe.
The company started in June 2021 and was duly incorporated on the 1st of September 2021. Our estates include;

It is imperative to help others learn about real estate investments this new year. Real estate investment is still the best investment any man or woman can make right from the inception of the world till now those who understand this secret continue to invest in various options of real estate. HOW TO ACHIEVE MASSIVE SALES IN 2022
1.Clearly Define Your Customer
First, you need to know who you’re targeting. Who is the person who would most likely buy your product and buy it immediately? Create an avatar of that customer, ask yourself specific questions about them:
• How old are they?
• Are they male or female?
• Do they have children?
• How much money do they make?
• What are they interested in?
• What are their priorities?
Knowing the answers to these questions will help you create a more accurate messaging around your product and target the right audience in your marketing efforts.

2. Sell Solution not product or services
If you think that people buy your product or service, then you are missing the point of sales. Your prospects are actually buying a solution or result when they purchase from you.

3. Focus on Objectives and Services
Every prospect buys from you because she needs to achieve particular objectives and overcome challenges. Rather than focusing on the virtues of what you have to offer, ask effective questions to understand what objectives your prospect is looking to achieve and what challenges she must overcome.

4. Get a Budget
Every prospect has a Budget. Know your prospect budget and work on it

5. Provide three options
The typical sales proposal usually only provides one option for prospects to consider. This is a huge missed opportunity. Rather than offering one option in your proposals, give three different options for your prospect to choose from. The first should be the lowest level option possible to achieve desired results while option three should be above and beyond what the prospect asked for. Option two should be somewhere in the middle. By providing three choices, you accomplish two critical objectives. One, you provide the prospect with some context by which to make a decision, eliminating his need to shop your competitors for different options. Two, there is always a good chance that the prospect will pick options two or three, which are packed with more value and come at a higher investment.

TIPS ON HOW TO MEET UP WITH THE SALES TARGET
1. Measure your sales activities.
2. Monitor your pipeline.
3. Improve your close rate.
4. Reduce the length of your sales process.
5. Increase your average sale.
6. Align with people who can bring leads.
7. Ask for more referrals.
8. Don't accept the first “no”

SALES TIPS FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS

1. Don’t sell
When it comes to real estate, in particular, an agent’s job is not to sell. We should facilitate and coach our clients. When someone feels or finds out they have been ‘’sold’’, they are likely to resent the salesperson. Instead, provide advice, educate, keep clients focused on the goals they described for you. This is putting the need of the client ahead of the need of the agent.

2. Create Value
The best piece of advice I have received n my career has been to create value. When we focus on creating value for others, we create trust with our audience.

3. Work Hard and Be Honest
The key to success is simple to work hard and be honest. Ensure your client that you will get the answers and take action.

4. Offer Multiple Options
Be a trusted adviser. By presenting multiple options to a potential client, you can guide them to the best option for them rather than pushing something on them. We often tell people if our solution isn’t the right fit for them, and we might lose a sale as a result, but the trust we build with people by being honest generates more long-term value than any individual sale.

5. Be Human
Most agent training on sales is about getting the “prospect” to do what we need. Sign the contract, get the sale. But it’s not about that. We are fiduciaries, so our ultimate responsibility is to serve the client. When we go in with our goals in mind, not theirs, it shows. It degrades trust. When we go in with a mindset of helping them reach their goals, we build trust. Serve. Success follows.

6.Hit Whatever Is Thrown Your Way
Develop an “I don’t care” attitude. The advice came from a Little League coach. I was having so much trouble hitting the pitch because I was trying to decide if it was a strike or a ball. His advice was to develop an attitude of, “I don’t care what the pitcher throws — I’m hitting it!” The advice applies to sales. Don’t care about the challenges thrown at you — solve whatever they are.
