Why do you think that engagement in a charity outfit is the only way to work for God. You feel that voluntary work is the only way to work for God. Why do you not recognize that working in a church or religious setting is not the only the way to work in God's vineyard.
Whatever you do to the least of my brothers, that you do unto me. ( Mathew 25:49).
It means as an investor or a trader or manufacturer, and even services which demands payment are also part of working for the Maker of this world the Lord God. Likewise an enterprise, in education sector are all part of working for God. As product of creature you are to contribute your own quota as per the small time of life allocated to you.
Therefore the best we can contribute is to be engaged in the service of one another. Our consideration should not base only on financial benefits but the best we can render to enable the one who brought about our existence on earth be glorified.
Please let's correct the wrong impression that the ones called by God only lead or end on the pulpit.
Football is a calling as well as ministry. Trading and other businesses are calling as well. The same as teachers, lecturers, Doctors, farmers are all in their places of ministration or calling. A minister is servant. To minister means to serve, and ministry is a place of service. In reference to *Col,2:23* says..in all things as unto the lord for you serve Him. Mark the word "all things" Yes service to fellow man is service to God.
WHO DID THIS TO YOU
Abraham didn't just of a sudden know God at 75yrs old. Abraham knew God all his life. When God told him to leave his comfort zone and the safety of his country, kindred and immediate family members, he knew it was God though it was an abnormal request. When God told him to kill Isaac who had the prophetic mantle of extending his genealogy , though human sacrifice was for idolatry yet Abraham knew it was God. Because Abraham knew God all his life . Genesis 20:7 God Himself said that Abraham was a prophet. You don't become a prophet midlife but born a prophet. Abraham had no bible neither did Isaac and Jacob even Enoch before them never had the bible but they all knew God. Today we know how to analyze the bible a lot. We have mastered all the HEBREW and "SHEBREW" versions yet we lack the knowledge of God Himself. We have turned preaching to lecturing inorder prove our dept of the bible knowledge yet no virtues released. Motivational speakers on the pulpit celebrated by the audience impersonation of worshipers.
Where did Abraham see in the bible that God ever told anyone to relocate or kill his own child for sacrifice. Yet it was God. The Apostles didn't have the bible yet turned the world upsidedown. They had only the old testament. Today we have both old and new testaments and also many versions yet we are only drawing crowds of people without much impact on the society. People go to church and remain in sin. They go with pen and books to take notes because they see church through educational prism. Some say church was fun today just because of the entertainment as they view the church as a recreational center. Others go to pray only and no improvement in behavior because to them is only a prayer house. While. for some it is a routine just out of obligation. Others go for solutions yet church is not meant to be a solution center. If 30,000 people gather and twenty people's problems are solved then for me it is failure because that's 0.0666666667% of 30000. Church is a worship center. Worship in songs, prayers and graceful dancing. Not to attract attention like we do today. Anything that is done to impress or attract attention to oneself in church is not for God. When it comes to worship, it must be all about Him nothing more. ln closing, prostitutes, looters, riggers, ritualists, occultist and all sorts of people feel very comfortable in our congregations . This is because we have brought so much of worldliness in and holiness and righteousness have taken their leave since darkness and light don't cohabit. Go to our work places and business arenas and you don't see godliness yet they are crowded with church goers and less practical christians. Was it not by the life styles of the early believers in a gentile nation called Antioch that they were singled out as christians by character and just by being charismatic. Acts 11:26. That's where they were first called christians that you claim to be among today They saw something in Peter and John and recognized that they have been with Christ. Act.1:4.
Today after all night prayer vigil and fire, we go straight to wickedness and immorality because we were only in a jamboree and never with Christ. We went to kill all our enemies by praying....DIE,DIE,DIE. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP YOUR MUCH HATE SPEECH ON THE ALTAR OF GOD. After killing your enemies and binding the devil all friday night, you then start all over again on Sunday morning. OGA, who resurrected the enemy and who loosed the devil between Saturday and Sunday. Wow, be wise naaa. When you run around looking for solutions you mistake it for searching for your God. No dear, you actually draw near to him but your heart is far from him. Your heart is in what brought you to church. Your heart must always be in what you treasure most. As I end this piece, Anything apart from keeping the commandments is not love of God. If you love me keep my commandments... period. God is love, and God is holy so love is holy. Anything devoid of holiness and righteousness in church is not of God. John 14:15. Fear God and obey His commandments, that is the whole duty of man.. Ecclesiastes 12:13 God bless you.

Sometime, it seems very difficult to appreciate yourself; why would you have to wait too long to do that? Dear to believe in yourself is to love yourself more for another. So what do we live for? We live for one another. Dear do love yourself; what you are, however you are, appreciate it more for another.
Do not wait for someone to remind you of your worth in the society. Who you are, is the products of what you are. Dear we need someone like you, with great creative wisdom, ideas and likeness for the society. someone whose targets are for the peace of one another. Someone who thanks more of what will benefit the society.
