Groundnuts are delicious but calorie-dense, meaning they pack a lot of calories in a small serving. 100g contains 567 calories. If you are trying to lose weight, eating too much can hinder your progress.
Some people struggle to to lose weight because they unknowingly consume excessive amounts of groundnuts without considering its high caloric content.
This here is what 20g of groundnuts look like, it's so small but that's a whopping 113 calories! Some people can finish 10 of this at a sitting as a snack, that's over 1,000 calories already, minus main meals!!! Haba!!!! How you wan take lose weight ???

I weighed 80.3kg today and added two inches to my hips/waist.

Let me reiterate, there is no tea in this world that will make you lose weight if you are not in a calorie deficit. NO TEA!

I am currently working on something. I've been at it since morning. This evening, I was struggling to understand anything . I had to call a friend who has worked on the same thing before. He explained it to me, and I thought I understood until I went back to work, and everything seemed blurry. After 7pm, I closed the laptop, looked for a full-body cardio workout on my phone, and exercised. After exercising, my head cleared up.
When I tell people I don't work out just to lose weight, this is what I mean. This is not to say that working out should be relegated to the background. No, working out is good for your heart and general well-being. Endorphins are released during exercise and it makes you feel gooooooood!π₯°
