We have come to understand that God can't do much with us when we are not yet mature (passed through mentorship).

We become less useful in the hands of the Father when we have not been able to grow into our position as joint heirs of God's kingdom.

A person of high capacity can only be built when he surrenders himself to be mentored.

A person of high capacity is result oriented, he does things excellently.
