DEPRESSION
Depression is a serious mental health condition characterized by persistent feelings of sadness and other symptoms that can significantly impact a person's life. Understanding its causes, symptoms, and available treatments is essential for promoting mental well-being and providing support to those affected by this disorder. We can also be instruments to help those in this situation to overcome it. We need to be available to listen to those in need of help.
Depression by Fr. Ben There are people in our space that are suffering from this situation and they need our help to come out of it. We must cease from judging people and learn to show them love. This can go a long way in helping them overcome their situation.
