You have the option of configuring your digital contract that would be binding on your escrow transactions. With this, each vendor will personally choose:
i. Refund Period: This is the duration upon which you would be allowed to make the delivery of the item(s) to your customer. The customer will be refunded of the value of the item(s) if delivery is not made within the configured refund period. The default is 1440 minutes.

ii. Cancellation Period: This is the window within which your customer would be allowed to cancel the order of item(s) after successful payment has been made. You will be notified of the cancellation and your customer will be refunded of the value of the item(s). The default is 30 minutes.

Ø All Vendors are Required to Fill Interest Form at bit.ly/IMP_Form and Pay a Non-Refundable Verification Fee of Two thousand Naira only.
Ø Once, Form is received, our Verification Team will contact the Vendor for immediate physical Verification exercise.
Ø If Vendor is Certified Okay, such vendor will be documented and assigned an Avater bearing Avater ID of the Vendor. If otherwise, such Vendor will be removed from our Platform.
