The workout routines for this month has been changed for variety reasons in order to have new styles, patterns and make it fun filled. This month a day amongst the weekend has been added to my workout days and that day is Saturday. It’s really exciting to workout on Saturdays as most of the time we spend it at home all day long. We’ll be bringing new updates from tomorrow on our fitness journey. Stay tuned and enjoy. 🤗

Hello everyone!!!
You are all welcome to today’s workout update on our fitness program. I really enjoyed today’s workout as I had an evening session and it was a cool one. 😎. I’m glad to announce to you that today is the last workout day for this month which is April and the fourth month into our program that started this year. So we have 2 more months to go. Honestly, I feel so excited about this. 😄
Thursday 28th April, 2022:

3. Abdominals & Obliques
4. Hips & Pelvic Floor
As from next month I’m going to have a different and new workout routines that is a new style and pattern of my weekly workouts. This will be done to create a variety of the workout routines and to make it fun filled as well. We have just 2 months to go, so I urge everyone to remain motivated in order to cross the finish line in June. 🤗

I had a morning session today and it was indeed awesome as I felt energetic before going to work. Tomorrow is rest day and I feel excited to know how I’m going to spend it. 😄
