I got the job

It was the most exciting thing for me at that time.

7:30am, I was already on my desk for an 8am resumption time. That's how excited I was.

Then I felt a soft tap on my shoulders...I turned round and it was him.

The reason why I'm asking this question.

How do I define our relationship?
Is it a working relationship from 8am to 4pm
Then a romantic relationship from 6pm to 6am?

MONDAY NUTRIENTs

Let me talk to a handful of us who are guilty of this particular charge !!

When you fail in your responsibility... The way out is not to run away!!

When you offend someone, the way out is not to avoid the person

When you promise and cannot keep it, the way out is not by going into Hiding!!

When you make a mistake, the way out is not to remain in the mistake

Even when you fall, the way out is not to remain on the ground!!

The above are inevitable, you can make mistakes, you can offend People, you can fall

Only those who stand falls!!

But when al this happens ... What's Should be your next step

Stand!!
Stand up!!

Rewrite your mistakes
Make that apology
Try and fufil that promise
Stand up from that sin

Running away is not the solution!!
Remaining on the floor is more dangerous!!

Don't let the devil plant ideas in your head!
If humans can forgive you when you sin or offend them

How much more God!!
The enemy knows you have Forgiveness and because he doesn't want you having it... He makes you stay on the floor

He makes you run away from God!!
Don't listen to the Enemy

Your father is waiting for you!!

A hungry man may desire food and get his mind filled up with the kind of delicacies he wants but if he doesn't make a move he will die of Hunger!!

You can think big and still remain small
You can think rich and still remain poor
You can think anointing and yet will never have it...

There is a place called MORE
A place called SACRIFICE
There's a place called Work
There's more to life
There's more to being successful

Stop sitting down and expecting everything to happen
Go out and make it happen

Dress up, smell nice, look beautiful !

Speak nicely, smiles infectiously

Dress smart !!

But in all this... Let your altar burn

Speak in tongues... Your tongues of fire creates atmosphere for the supernatural!!

Successful people have two things on their lips, "smile and silence".
A smile can solve problems while Silence can avoid problems.

Sugar and salt may be mixed together but ants reject the salt and carry away only the sugar. Select the right people in life and make your life better and sweeter.

If you fail to achieve your dreams, change your ways not your God. Remember, trees change their leaves and not their roots.

You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones to every dog that barks.

Haters will see you walking on water and say its because you can't swim. Even if you dance on water, your enemies will accuse you of raising dust.

Remember, don’t ever wrestle with a pig. You’ll both get dirty, but the pig will enjoy it.

Stay focused and be on guard always because life journey is not for ever.

💙💜💚💛 He has a hot temper: anytime he gets angry he breaks anything he touches and he hits you with anything he can find. At the slightest provocation he swears at you and says strong things to hurt your feelings without holding back. But after that he goes to KFC and buys you all the chicken wings and chips he can find, then he comes back to apologise with a bottle of wine and a sad face.

I hope you know that there is someone God has prepared for you out there who will get angry and break nothing. Who will loose his mind and not be tempted to lose control of his hands. Who will speak back at you with gentleness and respect even when provoked, and after that, still buy you all the chicken wings and chips at KFC with a bucket of icecream to apologise even when he was not the one at fault.

💙💜💚💛 She fights with her father, keeps malice with her mother, doesn't have a pastor or any spiritual figure in her life because she hates authority, speaks rudely to the waiter at the restaurant, gets abusive with the bus driver over nothing, haven't spoken with her siblings since the disagreement they had years ago. But she loves, respect and submits to you wholeheartedly as her lord.

I hope you know also, that there is someone out there God has prepared for you who will love and honour her parents as commanded by God, love and forgive her siblings as we are told to love one another, show some respect to the waiter, be understanding with the bus driver, have high regards for spiritual authority and mentors over her life, yet still love, respect and submit to you as her lord.

💙💜💚💛 He can go a week without calling, weeks, sometimes a month without texting or reaching out to check how you are doing. No ping, no chat, no DM. He hasn't bought you anything since you met, no surprises whatsoever, then he reappears like a knight in shining armour when it is convenient for him and ask you out on a date to the movies after talking on the phone for five hours.

I hope you know this too, that there is someone God has groomed for you out there who understands the language of communication and giving. Someone who will make calling and checking up on you his priority, DM you, Snapchat you, Instagram you, Spirigram you, suprise you with little presents until your cup runs over, and still take you out to the movies without waiting for Valentine's day.

Listen to me anyone who has a heart, for every GOOD you think you deserve, God has His BEST waiting for you.

But no matter what, do not settle for a WRONG relationship with a touch of RIGHT!

If your Relationship with the Holy spirit is still having issues?
If you are still disobedient to his instructions,
If you still dress the way you want and not the way that pleases him?

Chances are that, you are likely to not do well with a man who obeys the Holy spirit

Fix your Relationship with the Holy spirit first
He gives you the wisdom and strength to scale through any other Relationship!

Your first lover deserves true love.. give it to him!!

When last did you take care of your toes(manicure and pedicure 🙄)

That your armpit you have refused to shave

That gown that has provocative slits at the back and front

You see that your phone that takes the place of God

They all make your struggle for Purity a hard one

The WORLD WE LIVE...

So last night I had forgotten to warm my soup and had slept off. I woke up this morning to find it sour. I wasn't happy at all. Especially with the fact that I had just cooked it a day before. I couldn't stop blaming myself.

I brought out the pot and placed it angrily outside. My neighbor who had seen me drop the full pot of soup outside asked.

"Neighbour, you go warm am?"

"No. E spoil. I wan trowey am."

"You no warm am last night?"

"I been forget. Sleep carry me for night."

"Eyaaa…"

I returned into the house to bring out other plates to wash. When I got back, I found her licking her fingers.

"E no too bad like that ooo. The soup good small. You sure sey you no need am again?"

I glared at the sour pot of soup and at her.

"No, I no need am"

"Okay. Make my pikin dem come carry am. Them go use am chop eba this morning. E go finish. The way dem go rush this soup now now go shock you. If the soup do three days seff e try be dat."

Before I could find words to say to her she picked the pot of soup and dashed into her house speedily. Probably trying to hurry up before I change my mind about giving her the soup again.

Her first son returned with the empty pot and handed it over to me.

"Thank you." He muttered.

The daughter, a five year old, popped her head through the window and smiled.

"Uncle Praise, thank you."

The twin children ran out playfully and blurted "Uncle Praise thank you."

And their mother finally emerged laughing.

"See how dem dey happy. Dem don see food."

Tears gathered up in my eyes. I ran into my room and cried like a child.

How one man's poison becomes another man's food.

How one man's fish becomes another man's chicken.

How one man's rag is another man's Christmas cloth.

How my sour soup, turned into another woman's thanksgiving.

Value whatever you have. Appreciate whatever you enjoy. For someone somewhere, searches immensely for what you have, and wishes to own just half of what you own.
