*THE KING WITH FOUR WIVES*

Once upon a time there was a rich King who had four wives. He loved the 4th wife the most and adorned her with rich robes and treated her to the finest delicacies. He gave her nothing but the best.

He also loved his 3rd wife very much and was always showing her off to neighboring kingdoms. However, he feared that one day she would leave him for another.

He also loved his 2nd wife. She was his confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with him. Whenever the King faced a problem he could confide in her and she would help him get through the difficult times.

The King’s 1st wife was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining his wealth and kingdom. However, he did not love the 1st wife. Although she loved him deeply he hardly ever noticed her.

One day the King fell ill and he knew his time was short. He thought of his luxurious life and wondered, “I now have 4 wives with me, but when I die, I’ll be all alone.”

Thus, he asked the 4th wife, “I have loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I am dying, will you follow me and keep me company?”

“No way!” replied the 4th wife and she walked away without another word. Her answer cut like a sharp knife right into his heart.

The sad King then asked his 3rd wife, “I have loved you all my life now that I’m dying will you follow me and keep me company?”

“No!” she replied “Life is too good! When you die, I am going to remarry!” His heart sank and turned cold.

He then asked the 2nd wife, “I have always turned to you for help and you’ve always been there for me. When I die will you follow me and keep me company?” “I’m sorry, I can’t help you out this time!” replied the 2nd wife. “At the very most, I can send you to your grave.” Her answer came like a bolt of lightning, and the King was devastated.

Then a voice called out: “I’ll leave with you and follow you no matter where you go.”

The King looked up, and there was his first wife. She was so skinny as she suffered from malnutrition and neglect. Greatly grieved, the King said “I should have taken better care of you when I had the chance!”

In truth, we all have four wives in our lives:

Our 4th wife is our body. No matter how much time and effort was lavish in making it look good, it will leave us when we die.

Our 3rd wife is our possessions, status and wealth. When we die, it will all go to others.

Our 2nd wife is our family and friends. No matter how much they been there for us, the furthest they can stay by us is up to the grave.

And our 1st wife is our soul – often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power and pleasures of the world. However our identity as a spirit soul is going to be maintained wherever we go, whatever bodies we acquire and whatever destination we achieve. So, we should cultivate, strengthen and cherish this existential reality now.

WHEN THE GAME IS OVER... WE SHALL ALL RETURN HOME.
📖📖📖📖📖📖📖📖📖📖
A boy was sent by his father to urgently buy him food from a restaurant. On his way going, he was in a hurry because of the urgency of the assignment.

However, on his way back, he passed where his mates were playing football. He slowed down, began to watch the game, gradually slowing down until he finally stopped. He watched for a while and got carried away, he became interested, and indicated his interest in playing, he was invited.

He left the food in the care of some unknown people and entered the field. He forgot the assignment completely and played his heart out. He became the man of the match, dribbled opponents, created chances, scored goals and changed the face of the entire game.

When night came, the owner of the ball picked it up. It was time for everyone to go home; to go back to their parents, the game was over!

It now dawned on the boy after everyone had left that he had actually been sent to buy food by his hungry father. He went to where he kept the food, it had already been eaten by goats and dogs, "but I kept this food with some guys here a moment ago." He said.

He picked the plates, but was no longer happy, all the excitement of the game disappeared, the people clapping for him were all gone, the opponents he was playing against were all gone, the ball itself was gone, time was gone, those selling food were gone, he couldn't buy another!

Regrets took over him, he sluggishly walked home, with tears of sorrow and regrets whilst hiding in the dark.

When people saw him, they asked him why he was crying and hiding in the dark with empty plates! He had left with clean plates full of excitement, but returned with same empty plates, so dirty and stained !

When they asked him "Why he couldn't go home," he said "his father would beat him." He knew the implications of a wasted time. So sad, too late!

Hear this: We have a home and a Father to return to at the end of life's journey when all is said and done.

Don't be distracted, don't rejoice when people are clapping for you while doing the wrong things, they won't be there when you are to give an account.

Avoid Distractions, we are sent here for an assignment, the Father is waiting for us. This ball we are busy playing, when night comes, the owner will pick it, the crowd will disappear, we'll be left alone to go back and give a report to our Maker. What will you tell Him ?

Think about it.

WHEN THE GAME IS OVER,.. WE SHALL ALL RETURN HOME.

Where the determination is, the way can be found. Energy is contagious: either you affect people or you infect them.
If you shoot for the star, you'll at least hit the moon.
You will be paid in direct proportion of the value you deliver according to the market place.
Four factors determine your value in the market place: SUPPLY, DEMAND, QUALITY and QUANTITY.

Quantity is how much of your value you actually deliver to the market place. The question you must answer if you must make progress is: how many people do I actually serve or affect?

If you want to make a permanent change, stop focussing on the size of your problems and start focusing on the size of you! Choose to be paid based on results and not based on time.

If you choose to get paid for your time, you are pretty much killing your chances for wealth.

How is the fulfillment of vision meant to work in practical terms? Proverbs 18:16 is a powerful statement that reveals the answer: "A man's gift makes room for him" (NKJV). What you were designed to be known for is your gift.

God has put a gift or talent in every person that the world will make room for.

It is this gift that will enable you to fulfill your vision.

It will make a way for you in life. It is in exercising this gift that you will find real fulfillment, purpose, and contentment in your work.

It is interesting to note that the Bible does not say that a man's education makes room for him, but that his gift does.

Somehow we have swallowed the idea that education is the key to success. Our families and societies have reinforced this idea to us, but we will have to change our perspective if we are to be truly successful.

Education is not the key to success.

Don't misunderstand me. I believe in education. However, if education were the key to success, then everyone who has a Ph.D. would be financially secure and happy.

If you are intelligent but are not exercising your gift, you're probably going to be poor. If you're educated but have not developed your talent, you're likely going to be depressed, frustrated, and tired.

You will hate going to work on Monday mornings.

Education, in itself, doesn't guarantee anything.

It is your gift that is the key to your success.

The second part of Proverbs 18:16 says, "A man's gift…brings him before great men" (NKJV). You don't realize that the gift you're sitting on is loaded.

The world won't move over for you just because you're smart.

However, when you exercise your gift, not only will the world make room for you, but it will also pay you for it.

Anyone - yourself included - who discovers his or her gift and develops it will become a commodity.

If you're a young person in high school or college who is planning your career, don't do what people say will make you a lot of money. Do what you were born to do, because that is where you will make your money. No matter how big the world is, there's a place for you in it when you discover and manifest your gift.

Alexander Graham Bell believed that sound could be converted into electrical impulses and transmitted by wire.

No one remembers those who thought he was crazy.

We remember only the man who had the vision and created the telephone.

If you do things in a halfway manner, you can always find a job somewhere. Yet if you do just enough to get by, you are going to remain simply an employee.

However, if you decide that you're going to find something that is truly yours, then you will fulfill your vision, and you will be remembered by others.

✍YOU ARE WHAT GOD SAYS YOU ARE ✍

In life, some may walk, others may run, but remember the Lord gave the tortoise and the horse the same days to reach Noah's ark. Your journey might be rough and tough but you will definitely get to your destination.

Jacob looked at Joseph and saw a good son! The ten brothers looked at Joseph and saw a useless dreamer! The travellers looked at Joseph and saw a slave!! Potiphar looked at Joseph and saw a fine servant!! Potiphar' s wife looked at Joseph and saw a potential boyfriend! The prison officers saw in Joseph a prisoner! How wrong were all of them! God looked at Joseph and saw a Prime Minister of Egypt in waiting!! Don' t be discouraged by what people see in you!! Be encouraged by what God sees in you!! Never underrate the person next to you because you never know what the Lord has deposited in that person. Your maid may be a Chief Executive Officer in waiting for a company which shall employ your child. Your garden-boy may be a president in waiting. (Remember David got the anointing of becoming a King while he was a simple child herding sheep. Esther was a simple orphaned girl yet she was a Queen in waiting). Let's share God's love and make the world a better place to live. Show that love by sharing this message with those you love.

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW PEOPLE SEE YOU, IT MATTERS HOW GOD SEES YOU
God is God:
🏽He doesn't care about *age*, no wonder he blessed Abraham.
🏽He doesn't care about *experience*, no wonder he chose David.
🏽He doesn't care about *gender,* no wonder he lifted Esther.
🏽He doesn't care about *your past*, no wonder he called Paul.
🏽He doesn't care about *your physical appearance*, no wonder he chose Zacchaeus
(the shortest one).
🏽He doesn't care about *fluency in speech* , no wonder he chose Moses.
🏽He doesn't care about *your career*, no wonder he choose Mary Magdalene; a pr******te.
All I know is that my God never changes
🏽He never made *a promise he wouldn't keep*👌🏾
He never saw *a person he wouldn't help*👌🏾
🏽He never heard *a prayer he wouldn't answer*👌🏾
🖼He never found *a soul he wouldn't love*👌🏾
🏽He never found *a sinner he wouldn't forgive*👌🏾

This is the kind of God I would like to commune with every day the moment I wake up. I strongly recommend Him to you.

*WHEN THE CHURCH BECOMES A BUSINESS*

(1) Pastors function like CEOs
(2) Members are turned into customers
(3) Other churches are seen as competitors
(4) Evangelism is reduced to marketing
(5) Church planting looks more like franchising
(6) Numbers are primary measure of success
(7) Prayer and Word study are replaced by formulas
(8) Revival is reduced to a few days fund-raising
program
(9) Preaching sounds more like motivational speech. All what the people do is to shout "I receive, Amen," throughout the concert. I mean the "service".
(10) Praise and Worship is turned into a
performance. The best actors are made the worship and praise leaders.
(11) The Spirit of God is reduced to "emotionalism".
No real power of God other than hypnosis and
sensationalism.
(12) The saints are entertained instead of equipped
(13) Disciples of Christ have become papa's sons, daughters and fans.
(14) The Church, a living Body has now become a
lifeless body
(15) A leader's empire is built instead of the
Kingdom of God advanced
(16) The pastor becomes the super man and Jesus
Christ reduced to just another religious figure.

Does any one of these sound familiar in this
generation? Beloved, if you are under these pattern of "Christianity" you are already in a cult, not the Church of Jesus Christ. Get out before it is too late!!!

All I have highlighted above is exactly what made Jesus himself to ask: *"When the Son of Man comes, will He find faith in the Earth?" (Luke 18.8)* AMEN!!!

Power in the Blood of Jesus

Topic: POWER IN THE BLOOD OF JESUS

Text: Room.5:12--15; Exo.12:12--13

The power of the blood of Jesus has provided everything you need to live a life of victory, including Redemption, fellowship, healing, protection and authority over the devil.

As Christians, we know about the blood, sing hymns about the blood, and remember it during Communion. But how many of us truly know how deep its power runs, and all that it has provided for us? Even more important—how many of us use it and apply it in our lives every day?

From Genesis to Revelation, the words the blood are kept before our eyes—a reminder of its importance and significance to God and to us. The sacrifices of Abel, Noah and Isaac, and the Passover lamb, and the giving of the Law all came to pass, but “not without blood” (Hebrews 9:7, NKJV). The blood symbolizes cleansing and purification—the settling of a matter.

God is love. And the greatest expression of His love toward us is the blood of Jesus. That love covers every need man has had or ever will have, and every time we apply the blood, we experience an outpouring of this love. It is love, through the blood, that has created a barrier between you and all the works of the devil.

“Of all the glorious things that the blood means, this is one of the most glorious: His blood is the sign, the measure, yes, the impartation of His love.” —Andrew Murray

Let’s elevate the blood of Jesus to the same place in our hearts that it has in God’s heart—and awaken in our spirits those powerful things the blood has procured for us. The power of the blood of Jesus has provided everything you need to live a life of victory, including redemption, fellowship, healing, protection and authority over the devil.

REDEMPTION THROUGH THE BLOOD OF JESUS.

“We have redemption through His blood.” –Ephesians 1:7 (NKJV)
You know the story. Satan came to Adam’s wife, Eve, in the form of a serpent and deceived her into disobeying God. Adam followed suit and did what Satan told him to do instead of obeying God. When he did that, he made Satan his lord. In bowing his knee to Satan, Adam turned over the authority that God had given him. He made Satan the illegitimate ruler of the earth.

From that day on—everything changed. With one trespass, death was passed on to all men (Romans 5:12). The earth and everything in it was suddenly cursed and man was separated from God by sin. Sounds unfixable, right?

But God had a plan.

His plan of Redemption was the same as it was for Abel, Moses and Noah—it would be through the shedding of blood. Such great Redemption for all mankind, for eternity, could not be accomplished through the blood of just a goat or ram. Redemption of this magnitude required a much greater sacrifice—the blood of His Son—Jesus.

The greatest thing the blood of Jesus accomplished was that it washed all your sin away and made you clean and pure—white as snow. From the minute you receive Jesus as Lord of your life, God will not remember any past sin in your life again. Meaning that you have no past. That’s how powerful the blood is!

The best part? You don’t have to earn and pay for what has been provided on the Cross. In fact, you couldn’t earn it even if you tried. The best thing you can do is joyfully accept this free gift Amen.

In addition to being redeemed from sin, the blood also set us free from the curse of the law so that THE BLESSING of Abraham might come upon us in Christ (Galatians 3:13).

What is the curse?

The curse is death, sin, sickness, disease, poverty, lack, depression—anything bad you can think of. Adam’s treason gave Satan authority over the life of man, but because of the power of the blood of Jesus, the moment you made Jesus Christ the Lord of your life, you were redeemed from the curse and Satan was put out of business.

FELLOWSHIP WITH GOD THROUGH THE BLOOD.

“Having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus.” –Hebrews 10:19 (NKJV)
When you think of fellowship, you likely think of time spent at a Bible study, or time spent enjoying the company of friends. Fellowship is closeness and friendship. That’s what we have with God, but it was bought with a price.

Before Adam fell in the Garden of Eden, he had enjoyed friendship and fellowship with God. After Adam’s Fall, sin separated us from this precious fellowship and could only be restored through the blood of Jesus. When you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you declare that you want to receive His fellowship and friendship, and the door is opened for you to enjoy it!

Because of the power of the blood of Jesus, you can come boldly into the presence of God. The blood of Jesus builds a mighty wall between sin and believers who have been made the righteousness of God through Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21).

Another word for fellowship is communion. One way we recognize that the blood provided for fellowship with God is through the taking of Communion. Jesus said, “Do this in remembrance of me” (1 Corinthians 11:23-26). That’s why Communion is much deeper than a religious observance—it’s a recognition of (and fellowship with) what God did for us through the blood of Jesus. You are a friend of God (John 15:15)!

HEALING THROUGH THE BLOOD OF JESUS.

“By His stripes we are healed.” –Isaiah 53:5 (NKJV)
When you take Communion, do you think of healing? Most Christians take the emblem of the blood and say, “Thank God, we are delivered from sin,” and that is true. Praise God for it!

But according to Isaiah 53:4-5, Jesus’ sacrifice covered every area of man’s existence. He bore spiritual torment for our sins, mental distress for our worry, care, sorrow and fear, as well as physical pain for our sickness and disease. The stripes He bore and the blood He shed were for our healing. By His stripes we are healed.

God gave everything He had to redeem mankind from the curse. When we receive only part of His sacrifice, it’s an insult to Him. When we apply the blood of Jesus, and receive its power, we need to remember to apply it in its fullness. Don’t just receive and apply it halfway. Accept everything Jesus’ sacrifice provided. If you fail to understand and receive the full power of the blood, you will be missing out. Paul wrote, “For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep” (1 Corinthians 11:30, KJV).

Learn How to Take Communion for Your Healing here.

If you need healing today, the blood of Jesus is free and without side effects. You don’t need a prescription, you don’t need an appointment, and you don’t have to check with your insurance company. Jesus provided it all through the blood! You can appropriate the blood of Jesus for your healing today.

PROTECTION THROUGH THE BLOOD OF JESUS.

“When I see the blood, I will pass over you.” –Exodus 12:13 (KJV)

In Exodus, after nine devastating plagues, Pharaoh still refused to let God’s people go. So, God sent a final plague—one of judgment—to “smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt” (Exodus 12:12). As sons of Adam, Satan knew the children of Israel had broken covenant with God and were also due judgment. God could protect them, but “not without blood.” They had a covenant relationship with God through Abraham, but they needed to stand in that covenant. They needed to choose the covenant over the curse.

So, God instructed them to take the blood of a lamb and paint it on their doorposts. They did, and the angel of death passed them by. Was it really the blood of a lamb that stopped them from being killed? No! It was the blood of the Lamb (Jesus) who was slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8, KJV).

The blood of the Lamb is inexhaustible and never-ending. Iis an unlimited supply. When we apply the blood of Jesus to the doorposts of our lives in faith—we access the power to defeat every part of the curse that tries to take residence. When you speak the Name of Jesus in the face of sickness, disease or danger, the blood of the Lamb is behind it, and you are protected!

Apply the power of the blood of Jesus over your family and household and watch every danger pass over you!

AUTHORITY OVER THE DEVIL THROUGH THE BLOOD OF JESUS.

“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony.” –Revelation 12:11 (KJV)
There is someone who knows, maybe even better than you do, the power and authority given to you by the blood of Jesus. He will do anything to make sure you never find out. He will try to keep you distracted, send people or ideas to confuse you, and plant seeds of doubt to keep you from operating in what belongs to you.

You can probably guess from this description who it is—the devil. If there is anyone who has anything to lose by your finding out the truth—it’s him. Well, his day is done. You are about to put him right under your feet where he belongs!

What happens when believers find out about the power of the blood of Jesus?

A group of pastors had spent five hours trying to deliver a demon possessed lady. They were praying and praying, but she continued to physically attack them, and the demon in her was speaking lies and tormenting the people in the room.

This young brother had been staying in the background, the woman spotted him and suddenly charged him at full speed. At that moment, it rose up in his spirit to yell out, “I plead the blood!” Immediately, she fell and grabbed her ears and screamed, “Not the blood! Not the blood!” Realizing its power, all the ministers gathered around and began singing and pleading and declaring the blood. Within 15 minutes, she was set free—delivered. If demons hate the blood so much, that is evidence of how powerful it really is.

Of course, the curse is still out there. You can see it all around you, but now you have a choice—to use the blood or not. You have authority over whatever it is in the Name of Jesus, and by the blood of Jesus, you can stand against it. The blood is powerful enough to remove all evidence of the curse in your life.

As Gloria Copeland says, “The blood that Jesus shed for you and me has enormous, great power. And we need to be saying so, and declaring it over our lives.”

That means that when the accuser says we’re guilty, our plea before God, the Righteous Judge, is the blood of Jesus. The blood is our defense. It declares we are not guilty; instead, we are free from all penalty of sin. The blood kicks Satan out of the affairs of our lives and the lives of our families. But you have to do it by faith!

Faith in the blood produces great results.” —Andrew Murray

Every day you have the right to exercise that authority by pleading what the blood of Jesus has done for you. Refuse to give the enemy even one small inch of territory. Satan is a defeated foe, and through the precious blood of Jesus, we are victorious!

Learn How to Plead the Blood of Jesus here.

When you receive revelation that the blood of Jesus has provided redemption, fellowship, healing, protection and authority over the devil, you will begin to operate in the fullness of its power! The power of the blood of Jesus is enough to overcome everything coming against you. This is how you live a life of victory in Christ, and it’s the life Jesus died to give you. Be blessed, and remember…“Jesus Is Lord!”.
