I WANT TO BE A BOSS!

This is the stage every Designer wants to attend. Oh yes! There is nothing wrong in aspiring to be a Boss...but have you asked those who are already a Boss how they're fairing?

I am not saying you can't be a Boss ooo, but some of us can not actually play the role of a Boss perfectly!

To be a Boss entails alot; aside the name tag "BOSS" ; You need to rise to the occasion!

A Boss sometimes goes hungry...just to make sure the office is functioning very well. A Boss must provide adequately for his or her business to flourish!

A Boss must be accommodating....else, you will go into extinction! Your office will be deserted.

A Boss must be ready to carry everyone along... despise the challenges on ground.

A Boss must be willing to teach and show all working to his/her Apprentices! ( No ojoro).

A Boss must be a lover of good things; a lover of neatness; a lover of creativity!

A Boss must be a source of inspiration to his /her subordinates...while he/she either gets inspired by God or gets inspired by his /her extensive research.

A Boss should stand firm for thus business,no be when small wahala come out, he or she will shy away!

A Boss should be prayerful ooooo....cos in this our work now; no be by man power...You need God's grace.

A Boss should see himself as a student Always, who is eager to learn more ....and not like a superior who knows it all.

A Boss should be responsibly playful and jovial!

A Boss should not compromise.

A Boss should be ready to associate with everyone; irrespective of the status quo.

A Boss is a fighter ! A Boss is an Actor...who never dies in a movie!

A Boss is someone who is ready to lay down everything to make sure there is success in that place of work!

A Boss will go broke.... No one will know...he keeps praying for money to come....

A Boss is a Boss when he survives through all these and more!
