The matter of who leads you, is a matter of great importance.

You should be careful of who you subject yourself under, especially when you are at liberty to choose by yourself.

Lesson 2.

What you have, can get you something.
All you have to do, is find someone that is willing to give you something in exchange for it.

2022 has been a blessed and a challenging year.

A year filled with so much opportunities and lessons.

I must confess, the year has had it's up's and down's, but I've learned a lot.
And I'll like to share some of these lessons with you all.

I'll be dropping the lessons learnt daily.
One lesson per day.

Lesson 1.

The quality of your life will always be a function of two things.

1. Your relationships.
2. Your mindset.

Do people actually get anything when they listen to you?

Do people learn anything from you?

Abi your mindset is still"If I broke na my business"

We are a generation blessed on all sides.

But a lot still love mediocrity, arrogant in their ignorance, proud in their stupidity.

What do you bring to the table?

What are you known for?

Ever wondered why takers always have needs and never have enough, but givers always have more than enough?

People give to value
Be valuable.

Simple

Be a problem solver.

Value begets value.

SELF DEVELOPMENT.
1. Make friends with successful people and occasionally buy them gift and surprise them with lunch because successful people always give and hardly get, so when you give them, they value the gift a lot.

2. Get a mentor and follow his instructions and respect the relationship. Never beg your mentor for money or disrespect his or her privacy.

3. Make new positive friends as often as possible and ensure you keep the communication line open. Tap from like minds.

4. Show kindness to everyone. Some small boys today will be big boys tomorrow. The biggest dog in the neighborhood was once a puppy.

5. Always plan ahead and be proactive. He that plans the future work less in the future.

6. Listen to speeches and messages from great teachers. Both religious and educational.

7. Attend seminars and training on any area you need to improve yourself. Receive enough Training to train others too and get better in public speaking, sales etc.

8. Have the habit of keeping a pen and a writing pad handy because ideas come in the form of flashes. The smallest pen is bigger and better than the biggest brain.

9. Make sure at every point in time you are reading a book. If you spend 20 minutes reading daily, for 52 weeks you would have consumed 1,000,000 words.

10. Stay away from television as much as possible. You can watch educational channels. Men with big TV sit in front of them to watch men with big library.

11. Put control over your mouth, never say evil of any man, what you are not certain of should not be said. Say good of all men.

12. Always show appreciation for any good deed you received.

13. Always help someone in need. A liberal soul shall be made fat.

14. Live a debt free life. What you can’t pay cash for is not your size.

15. Give out loans that you can part with as gift, so that you don’t destroy your business and relationship.

16. Create legitimate multiple source of income. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

17. Save at least 10 percent of your income.

18. Invest a portion of your income. And be patient to see it grow. If what you have in your hands is not good to be called a harvest then it’s a seed, sow it.

19. Keep a good financial record of all income and expenses, so you won’t ask later “where did my money go”

20. Be involved in community service. Control traffic, free lesson class for students etc.

21. Keep getting better on your daily goals and dream, develop yourself on them and make sure you get to the top 10% of your industry.

22. Make sure you engage in exercise. It keeps your brain alert and your body fit to enjoy your success.

23. Pray often, and know that for every success, God made it possible.

Many people have a financial blueprint that is wired for spending.

Whatever money they have, they spend. They
choose immediate gratification over long-term balance.

You must acquire the habits and skills of managing a small
amount of money before you can have a large amount.

Remember, we are creatures of habit, and therefore the habit
of managing your money is more important than the amount.

Until you show you can handle what you’ve got,
you won’t get any more!

Rich people think long-term. They balance their spending

Poor people think short-term. They run their lives based on
immediate gratification

Rich people buy assets, things that will likely go up in value.

Poor people buy expenses and liabilities, things that will definitely go down
in value.

Rich people collect land. Poor people collect bills.

There is a season in your life,where you are strongest, when you can work.
Make the most of it.

Learn to play the long game.
Be a visionary, and see beyond today's pleasure.

Your finances must have a framework, a skeletal system.

You must have people you are learning and copying and learning from.

To achieve financial freedom, time and study is required.

Invest your money with great caution, so it may not be lost.

You rise and fall to the level of your mind.

You can't have a poor mind, and be a rich man.

Become Productive Today.

Christians in Nigeria

I know we have been praying, and we are still praying.
And I am not saying we should stop praying.

But hear this.

It is not only prayers that will change Nigeria.
Prayers can only take us so far.

An anointed man without skills, capacity and competence in his field is still a limited man.

As we are praying, we must also be growing.
We must go for excellence, we must strive to be the best in our fields. We must add the necessary work/actions to our prayers.

An anointed man with bad leadership and management skills will chase away all the men God will send to him.

An anointed Christian president with zero or low level knowledge in Governance, economics, law etc will flop excellently.

Look at daddy Oyedepo for instance.
He is not only a product of the anointing, he is a student of excellence, he is a man of action, he is a man of the books...

How about Paul
He made us understand that he was a product of grace, but despite that, he laboured more than the other Apostles.

The grace of God doesn't stop us from working
Prayers doesn't stop us from working either.

Our prayers should rather be a source of fuel/energy to do the required work expected of us.

Even pharaoh will tell Joseph, bring me men of action from among your brothers to tend to my business.

We don't only need men of prayers in this hour, we also need men of action too.

Your current capacity is at maximum, and there's no room to host more.

If you want more, then you've got to create more room, you have to expand yourself and extend your limit.

Go for more knowledge, go for more trainings.

There's enough room at the top, you just have to know how to get there.

Pride and ego cannot feed you, neither can you turn them to cash.

Some of us are where we are because of pride.

We have refused to either accept help from people or to ask for help from people.

You have to be willing to accept that you are limited, that you don't know it all.

The best leaders and business people accept and acknowledge this fact.

They bring together people that are more intelligent than them, and make them into a team.

They leverage on the intelligence of these people and achieve their dreams and visions.

If you must rise, then you must learn this lesson.

People need people.

Don't be your own limitation.
Let go of pride and ego.

Laziness and too much Comfort will keep you poor.

Life will separate us one day, based on our investments.

It's either you are investing today or you are not.

You may even chose to pretend and deceive people.

1. Your fruit tomorrow will show us what you have been planting.

2. Your lack of fruit will also reveal to us, that while men were busy planting, you were busy slumbering.

*NOTE
A man that doesn't sow today, will have nothing to reap tomorrow.

A man that doesn't plant in the planting season, will beg in the harvesting season.
