August 2020, Restore A Radiant Smile Foundation started a campaign to save Mrs Philomena Ubaka, a widow who lives in Ebenebe, Awka North Local Government Area of Anambra State, Nigeria from exposure to rain and hardship.

Mr Ekweoba Arnold Ebuka , CEO of Arnold and Associates, a real estate and construction company through the influence of our colleague and friend Victor Ugwoegbu, CEO of Conqueror Consults, a real estate and academic focused company, took it upon himself to erect a 2 bedroom bungalow.

On the 5th of March 2021 (6 months later), the keys to the house was handed over to the widow.
This has rekindled our belief in God and in humanity, being that one can be selfless enough to provide shelter for a widow even under the economic meltdown in our nation.
This is a story that proves God is faithful and true. Only believe and trust Him.

We were short of words and waited to have the words to say.
Thank you God, thank you Mr Arnold, thank you Mr Victor. May your individual companies grow fast like the speed of light.

We are grateful to every person that shared, supported and talked about the project during the campaign days.

It's a season of love, giving, and appreciation. It's our culture to care for the widows in season and out of season.

40 widows were touched in Urum village, Awka North Local Government area of Anambra State, Nigeria.

Let's live a life of being the reason behind someone's smile.

It's that time of the year when we share Christmas cheer, love, oneness with the underprivileged amongst us.

This year we plan on reaching out to 110 families in Urum, Awka North Local Government, Anambra State, Nigeria with food materials, clothing, books for the kids, and many more available materials.

We are using the medium to show gratitude to our maker and also show love that reminds people that we are here to serve and help raise the downtrodden.

A plea for help.

The pictures attached are that of Mrs Philomena Ubaka, a widow who lives in Ebenebe, Awka North LGA, Anambra State.

She lives in the hut shown and gets drenched when it rains, alongside her son and grandchild. How they curl up in there is unimaginable.

We as an organisation (Restore A Radiant Smile Foundation with RC number 122979) have set out to build her a self contained apartment as also shown in the picture.
We equally plan to get her a grinding machine and bag of maize for Pap processing business as she has nothing doing to earn and cater for her family but has adequate knowledge about it.

If in the midst of this crisis rocking every part of the world, you have food, shelter, clothing, sound health and you have your loved ones around you or not but they are hale and hearty, you should be grateful for it.

Mrs. Philomena lacks virtually all. She barely feeds well, she doesn't have decent accommodation, she can't afford to feed herself well talk more if her son and grandchild.
When it rains she gets drenched, cold, and is exposed to health hazards with her family.

A widow that lives in Awka North LGA of Anambra State, Nigeria.

Some of us have a means of income no matter how small, but she doesn't.

She has adequate skills and knowledge of pap Processing.

Therefore, we plan on buying her a grinding machine, a bag of corn, and necessary materials to start the business.

We also plan to build her a self-contained apartment as she has an empty land given to her late husband.
