As a business owner, or as someone who intends to go into business now or later it is very important for you to know that if you intend to build a powerful team that trust you then you have to be open minded.

While you may be the one who owns an idea as a business owner, for you to get the best of that idea out of your team, you need to be open to them and allow them to air their opinions.

So to have an open mind, you have to conclude that you may sometimes not have the best answer to every situations.

Open mindedness is very important in business, infact it's one key thing into business success because it makes you open to other people's opinions and ideas as well.

As a business owner, you don't sit on a particular idea, you need to distribute it to the right quarters which are your team members as this also helps in decision making.

Why do you think we have the same kind of business, doing the same thing, giving out valuable contents yet getting different results.

Well it is also important for us to know that businesses can't have the same result, because while they are dishing out same contents, they don't apply the same strategy.

One important strategy you must not take for granted as a business owner is open mindedness.

The starting point of any business should be a well defined vision.

One aspect of business every business owner must not take for granted is CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT.

It is important that you take your customer management very seriously at whatever level your business operates.

You must have heard of the saying "CUSTOMERS ARE KINGS"

Customers are the life wire of any business and that is the reason why any business owner will do all that is necessary to manage their interests.

In business, the choice of strategy to use at any point in time is one decision that determines the growth of your business.

In formulating strategy the three major activities required are strategic analysis, choices and implementation.

In simple terms:

This means that as a business owner, you should access the current situation of your business and also understand the expectations of the business stakeholders.

The Business stakeholders are those people or institutions that have an interest in your business strategy.

So regardless of the level of your business which could either be in the growing stage or maturity stage it is important that you should access the current situation of your business as this helps you to know the next step to take and how well your stakeholders would accept it.

And that is why in business you don't work from a point of blind faith because business is a step by step process.

So if you miss a step it's as good as not starting because there would be a crash.

Which simply means that regardless of your level, either as a wholesaler or as a dropshipper, you first have to go through the analysis process because your analysis process would determine the choice of strategy you are to implement.

Therefore, while you might be having sweet strategical choices and you are eager to implement them, take a pause and ask yourself would this favour my stakeholders.
