The compelling voice of poignant gale,
O! Ebullient yesterday,
A white swift? O! Ruinous cede,
Demonic, her mores stance,
Her fate iffy, mother Africa wanes.

The remote days of her gleeful before,
When African time was not an allegory for lateness,
The birds sing the saga of nightfall,
The trees as neighbor to man,
O! Mother Africa wanes

The colonist came, o! Congenial illusion,
The black orchid's petals he pierces,
Takes her ebony sheen, her mystical show extinct,
Black turned white in thought,
O! Mother Africa wanes.

Come, o! Liberation dawn,
With the black sky's genial stance,
When the verdant aroma of black lands develop ethereal wings,
The ivory towers of thought subdued ,
At last from her ashes mother Africa shall rise, her ebony wings outspread to the skies.

Chapter 1.

August 27th, 1927.

Since the arrest of Dale Erasmus d**e, a minor who was reportedly jailed for incitement, only nine days are left before he is executed.

Many people, his people---are becoming increasingly worried, what will his fate be?
According to our sources, the head of state is yet to give any orders. The people lament, another social hero will be lost in being just. A special case indeed, will the head of state consider the fact that this individual is just a minor, or will he prosecute the five-year-old? That question, we believe, will be answered nine days from today. Stay with us, that is the seven o'clock news, in brief, my team and I will be visiting the Nchugu community prison, where the aforementioned, has been held in custody.

Police station.

My team and I got to the station, and it was nothing like I had imagined. Overgrown bushes, a torn flag, unswept compound, damaged cares carelessly dumped, without a particular pattern of arrangement, it was overly spirit-killing. We're here, there's no going back, so we got to proceed. We walked briskly, as we were shown to the area where Erasmus was kept.

Holy molly! is this him?
Who would have thought that this once handsome kid would look this disheveled one day? Oh! He must have gone through hell. Now that I look at it, the inner part of this prison was no better than its outer, broken walls, and dirty-looking mattresses.....
I nearly puked when I got in here. The stench was pungent, I wonder if these prisoners are even allowed to bathe.

The police officer stood at the entrance, while we were allowed to sit with the kid. Oh! What an unwavering soul.
Though weak and rather malnourished, this minor showed no signs of giving up his will.

I have to begin, or else I will lose the courage to continue with this mission.

So I was unable to catch sleep yesternight, and my mind started wondering if my genius was at its peak.
I imagined a lot of other things, then this thought flashed through my wondering mind.
"Time", what if there was no time in this world?
What would life look like?
Then it occurred to me, that the gradual progression of time, brings about day and night. " no time, no day, no night? Imagine a world where day and night are being removed, do you think anyone would survive?
After reflecting on this matter for quite some time, I concluded it was indeed a wonderful gift that the almighty freely gave humanity. To him be all praise and adoration forever, amen.

Recently, I have become very interested in matters concerning the functionality of the brain, and to further understand how people think, i narrowed my scope to the blacks.
I am a black teenager, from Nigeria, and even though am not one of those hyper intelligent kids found in the world, I believe I too have something to offer.

Despite the fact that my research will be based on black people, i would be happy if white people, could help as well. This is a little difficult, because this is my first time of actually carrying out a research.

I'd need your help, especially those who are experts in neurological disorders. Your contributions would be highly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

HOW DOES YOUR LIFE INFLUENCE OTHERS?

Most times in life, we act, without thinking about the consequences our actions may bring, or the influence, it may have on others.

Many people look up to you, some of whom you may not even be aware of, but beware of the things you do, because in you, many people out there see hope, some others see their role model, some others see a leader figure,and all these persons, are watching your every move, they are your biggest fans.

Does your life, inspire others, or does it constitute a scandal?
Do people see you and smile from admiration, so they see you and frown in disappointment?
It all depends on how you live your life.

I can't imagine what will happen in the next family meeting coming up a few weeks from now. I know that everyone would be expecting me to come back with maybe a car, and with lots of goodies to be shared, indeed the family has a neurologist.

The possibility of getting a job before 27th November, being exactly 3 weeks from today. that's the date for the the meeting. Funny thing is, I haven't been able to secure one good job, all the hospitals either have no vacancy or large amounts of money are requested before the job would be given.

You can imagine the height of corruption that people practice. I just wonder how I would. Get a job within 3 weeks when I couldn't get one in two years.

Can you guys help me, what should I do to get this job within two weeks?

Hmm, who is calling me now? It's still a young day, I wonder why this person is calling. You know, recently, I have become afraid of receiving phone calls because; almost everyone who calls me, either has one need or the other.
I can barely feed myself, yet everyone in my family depends on me-----the Neurosurgeon of the family.

I received the call and the conversation went like this:
Me: greeting!
Joe: good morning max.
Me: thanks, how are you? This one you called at this time, hope all is well?
Joe: not really, I called to inform you that my dad has been arrested for murder. And I don't know what to do about it. I need your assistance, please come to my aid!

Me: am so sorry Joe, I don't know how to help you, that's because am really on a crossed road now, please understand.

Joe: but you are in the city, and you are educated, I know you can help but just don't want to assist me because it's not your dad. No problem, keep your money.

This is what I get when I refuse to help any relative. I don't have! I just wonder why that is hard for them to understand.
The government has not been able to crate job opportunities for people, this condition is becoming rather too uncomfortable for me.
