The Youths of Nigeria have risen peacefully to press forward their demands for a better government and a restructured policing system. Unfortunately, their government responded with violence leading to the death of many young Nigerians.
In this trying time, at OYPA, we stand in solidarity with our fellow brothers and sisters in Nigeria.
We hereby call on the Nigerian government to stop the killing, listen to the youths, and seek a more diplomatic approach in their dealings.
This is a test of leadership in which they must not fail.
Dear Nigerian Youths, please stay strong and continue to be peaceful; this is the price you pay for freedom. 🇳🇬✊🏾

TO THE AFRICAN HERO OF OUR TIME
As the Director of Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, he proved that power doesn't corrupt people, people corrupt power.
Many in his shoes will be drunk by the liquor of power, but he wasn't.
At a time when it's so difficult for young Africans to choose a mentor worthy of emulation from their leaders, this great icon stood out. He became a shining star in the night — a mentor worthy of emulation for our young generation.
Thanks for being our role model.
You're indeed a blessing to this generation.
Happy Birthday to the great Pan-Africanist Prof. PLO Lumumba.
From all of us at OYPA.
Fellow Young Africans,
For far too long, our continent has been induced with dwarfism and the black race perceived as a weak race.
That, we can, and must change in our generation.
Greatness or the opposite, developed or developing, what becomes of Africa in the next 5 decades is not in the hands of our fathers but in my hand, your hand, young Africans.
Together we can change our darling motherland, together we can make Africa Great.
