Why do you feel intimidated when people stand up to make pledges of money that seems huge to you?
Why do you feel intimidated when people give bountifully in church?
Why do you feel intimidated when people give much to God's kingdom and act like they did nothing? (It's actually nothing sha😂)
Is this a thing for the rich?🤷🏽♂️
Why do they give and yet the church does nothing for them???
Why do they give and yet there wasn't an applause for them??
Why do they give and still sit among the congregation??
Why do some even give anonymously??

God has given us the capacity both to hear Him and to Obey Him. He does not require a higher sacrifice than obedience.
Some of what God says to you will be exciting, some things God tells you might not be so thrilling to hear. But that doesn't mean that what He tells you won't work out for good if you will just do it His way.

Stop making Christianity look like a dirty and poor peopled thing.
Most of us love to see people come to Christ but our look ( the way we dress) is giving them a wrong impression about being a Christian.

This Is How We Fail🖕🖕🖕
It was all birthed from a wrong belief, a false faith, a claim that is not true and a trust in lies. This is the mind of a prisoner although the physical being is not a prisoner.
The mind with this mindset👇
"I'm not qualified"
" I will fail and disgrace myself"
So you stayed back,
You never exhibit your talent for the fear that someone else can do it better than you,
You didn't bother to register for the exam,
You never applied for an higher position,
You declined the interview invitation,
So then
You begged for your right as though it was a favour,
You lost your own mind,
Your voice became silent as though you were dump,
You quatted in your own territory,
You lived like a prisoner,
Your own opinion and judgement judged and refrained you from making good progress,
You maintained a boundary that never exist BUT in your mind it exists.
THIS IS CAPTIVITY
Now in the words of King Ghezo( John Boyenga) in the award winning movie, THE WOMAN KING. He said " if you want to hold a people in chains, one must first convince them that they were meant to be bond. We joined them to become our own oppressor".

We live in chains and live like prisoners because of the wrong things we were made to believe ( I will share a life story soon to further to explain the power of convictions)
A wrong and negative mindset about our selves makes us an oppressor to our own self.
Very unfortunate!!!
And this is why it's hard to help someone with a wrong MINDSET ( way of thinking).
Correcting the wrong mindset is the first
step in raising winners.
