- Causes of hepatitis:-
-Hepatitis A is exposure to infected food and water.
-Hepatitis B is through blood contact.
-Hepatitis C is through blood contact.
-Hepatitis D is through blood contact.
-Hepatitis E is through infected food and water.
-Causes of non infectious hepatitis are ,alcohol and other toxins,auto immune system response.

-Secondary:- Occurs with a pretty - existing joint abnormality,including injury or trauma ,such as inflammatory arthritis,such as rheumatoid,psoriatic or gout infectious arthritis,genetics joint disorder.
-Prevalence:- Adult world wide have symptomatic osteoarthritis .post menopausal women have an increased incidence of knee osteoarthritis compared to men.
-Risk factors:-Obesity,diabetes,elevated cholesterol,sex( female are more prone than men),and genetics.
-Cause:- It can be unknown,age is a contributing factor,genetic.
-Signs and symptoms:-pain and joint swelling tend to increase slowly over time ,stiffness of joint ,pain during prolong stress on the joint such as running or prolong walking.
- Diagnosis:- History taking ,x-ray .
-Management:- No cure for osteoarthritis but it is manageable.It involves use of pharmacological and non pharmacological approach.

-Postraumatic stress disorder is a mental disorder that some people develop after they experience or feel a traumatic event.The traumatic event may be life threatening,such as natural disaster,combat or war,a car accident,sexual assault or unexpected death of loved one.
-Causes:- Researchers don't know why some people get PTSD and other don't.So genetics ,neurobiology,risk factors and personal factors may affect whether you will get PTSD after a traumatic event.
-Risk factors:
-Gender:- women are more likely to develop PTSD than men.
-Having trauma in child hood.
-Feeling horror ,helpless or extreme fear.
- Going through a traumatic event that last through a long time.
-Having little or no social support after event.
-Dealing with extra stress after the event,such as loss of loved one,pain and injury or loss of job or home.
-Symptoms:- Nightmares,flashback of event,fearful thoughts,refusing to discuss the event,avoid the situation that remind them of the event,difficulty in sleeping,irritability and angry outburst,feeling of guilt and blame,feeling detached emotionally and mentally numbed ,having reduced interest in life,difficult in concentrating,mental health problem such as depression,phobias,and anxiety,others are ,sweating,shaking,headache,dizziness,stomach pain,ache and pain,chest pain,tiredness because of lack of sleep.
