WISDOM THE PRINCIPAL THING (Embrace Wisdom).

Texts: Proverbs 2: 1-12, Romans 8: 28-39

We have established from the scripture that Wisdom is the principal thing. We also discover that those who became great, those who shook their generation didn't ask for money, rubies, or riches. They cried for the principal thing. The principal thing which brought other things into their lives. They asked God for Wisdom.

We also discovered that the way God was speaking to us about Wisdom, we came to understand that this Wisdom is not just an idea but an embodied Wisdom. A personality, who is no less than the lord Jesus Christ.

In Proverbs chapter 2, you'll notice the conditional tense "If".. if you will search for her... If you will seek her.... Note that.
God is laying before us opportunity to step into a dimension of divine provision and you'll never lack anything anymore.

The gift of God is... "If and Then". It is conditional. If only you will seek for this wisdom with all your heart, all your might and all your strength, then God will give you access to the sound wisdom which He has layed in store for those that love Him.

There is a pile of all that God will want you to have and work with but He has stored them in Christ Jesus. The fullness of wisdom and knowledge into the secret things of the earth has been stored up and packaged in Christ Jesus. (Col 2:2-3)

When wisdom enters into your heart and knowledge becomes pleasant unto your soul, discretion shall preserve you and understanding shall keep you. Never forget that.
Remember, the Holy Spirit is saying... 'If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God"

Therefore, it is worthy of note to know that all that is necessary, critically important, for you to fulfil His divine purposes and mandate for your life. All you need do is ASK!
God doesn't want you to move zig zag in life.

All things work together for good to them that love God. When you took the decision to surrender to Christ, God also took the decision that all things will work together for your good. If you will not waver, if you will be steadfast and stand strong, your life will turn out good.

Everyone who has taken a decision to love and follow God, the Bible says that "all things will work together for your good." Even when bad things tends to happen to you, they will eventually turn out for your good.
Where you're going to go in life, what you're going to become, is already laid up in Christ; all you have to do is say to God, I want you.

If you will incline your heart to wisdom and understanding.... If only you will pursue His as for hidden treasure for which you're ready to sell all for you to have Him... It is conditional!
If only you can cling to Him, not minding if you loose every other things...If only you will embrace Jesus Christ with all your heart...

Wisdom is calling...
Jesus is standing at the door of your heart knocking...
Will you let Him in fully? So that everything will begin to work for your good?
It is your choice, don't experiment with your life!

TRUE WISDOM!

Acts 6:3 Brothers, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them.

John M. Clayton, in his book “Why I left Atheism,” writes what was a defining moment for him in rejecting atheism. He was a junior at college and a geology professor had stated that, “I'm going to show you that the Bible is a bunch of garbage.”

The professor asserted that everyone knew that the Bible said the earth was 6,000 years old. John asked where it said that. He replied that he believed it was in Genesis the 52nd chapter. John said, “Wait a minute; Genesis only has 50 chapters.”

He sputtered around a few minutes, but he never did find that passage. Of course, the Bible does not say the earth is 6,000 years old. The Bible is totally silent on the age of the earth and I realized that.

“To make a very, very long story fairly short, when I turned in my final exam the last day of class, I said to this learned professor, “Sir, you have not really shown me any contradiction between what we have studied in this course and in what the Bible has to teach.” He je**ed my paper away from me and said, “Well, I guess if you really study it, there is no contradiction.” I was shocked! I was appalled! Here was a man who had a Ph.D. and was a leading atheist, yet he could not answer the silly questions from an ignorant college junior who was on his side.”
Shortly thereafter John began studying the Bible and found true wisdom.

There is a difference between intelligence and wisdom from God. Intelligence helps you make a living; wisdom helps you make a life! God will give you both if you ask Him in prayer today!

1 Corinthians 1:27 But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong!
