Walking is great, especially for a diabetic.

1. Walk 15mins a day for a week. The upper week, make it 20mins. Increase it by 5mins each week till you begin to walk 30mins at a stretch.

Today, I want to share with you the story of a 46-year-old woman who had died of insulin shot
What happened was that...
For 17 years this woman suffered from type 2 diabetes, and due to poor diabetes management, it got to a point where she got hospitalized at the Endocrinology Department of Selcuk University due to very high glucose levels
She had never used insulin before.
So after the first subcutaneous dose of human regular insulin, a severe local allergic reaction developed.
