Hello Friends! I am back again! Can you recall our last discussion on Aging. This is the continuation…………….
Aging causes numerous changes in muscles, bones, and joints, and many conditions contribute to the pains you feel as you get older. These include:
*Breakdown of cartilage, leading to osteoarthritis characterized by pain and stiffness.

*Loss of bone mass and brittleness, known as osteoporosis, contributes to fractures and the ensuing pain.

* Inflammation of the joints, as seen in rheumatoid arthritis, can induce discomfort
The loss of muscle mass and strength, known as sarcopenia which causes joints strain and reduces exercise capacity.
* Alterations in the nervous system further contribute to age-related pain.

*. Chronic conditions such as diabetes may result in nerve damage, leading to neuropathic pain. Additionally, pains from old injuries may resurface.

INow lets talk about these conditions. Soon I will show and demonstrate various ways to address these pains in old age.

But know this………, In the face of pain, find power, you are stronger than you know, and this too shall pass.
