📢 Empowering the future! Today, Alsharq Youth Nigeria Hub took a step forward with its campaign titled *School Advocacy against Substance Abuse". We Visited GSS Yelwa keffi secondary school, engaged with students, and witnessed their commitment to spreading the message against substance abuse. 🌟 Together, we can make a difference! 🤝📚

On Thursday 15th February 2024, Alsharq Youth Nigeria Hub launched "School Advocacy against Substance Abuse project"

Dear Alsharq NG community members

I am thrilled to share some fantastic news with all of you! Our School Advocacy against Substance Abuse project has achieved remarkable success, in it's first launch thanks to the dedication and support of each member involved. (KDF model science secondary schools keffi, Nasarawa State)

🌟 **Project Highlights:**
- Engaged 65 students in insightful awareness sessions.
- had an interactive session about ways to tackle peer pressure, Mental health among others to help in reduction in substance abuse incidents.
- Received positive feedback from both students and staff, emphasizing the impact of our collective efforts.

👏 **Acknowledgments:**
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time, expertise, and enthusiasm to make the launch of the project a triumph. It is inspiring to witness the positive change we can create when we work together towards a common goal.

📈 **Next Steps:**
The project will continue this week and for the next 3 weeks we will visit 1 school every week for the next 3 weeks, As we celebrate this accomplishment, let's also stay committed to sustaining our efforts. We have the power to continue fostering a safe and healthy environment for our students.
