WHERE YOU WAN GO?
This title is in pidgin English, it means, "Where do you want to go?"
What would you do if you're preaching to someone and they tell you to your face, "I don't wanna go to heaven"?
"If you don't wanna go to heaven, where you wan go?"
This young lady said publicly, "heaven is not for me, I don't want to go there. I know I am going to hell".
This left an "eternal scar" on my mind. I could never forget that statement.
THE STUDIO SESSION
This song is also one of my favorites. I would not naturally sing on a low pitch, but here I did. Since the inspiration began with a freestyle in the studio, I decided there was no need to to increase the key.
On this track we started with the grungy electric guitars. Sour sweet riddim. The reggae and rock drums gave it a unique tonality.
THE PAINFUL PART
The song is about a true life story. One day the Holy Spirit asked me to apologise to a certain young lady. He said, "help me apologize to her and tell her I am sorry. Tell her to forgive me".
That was quite strange to me because I know for sure that I am hearing the voice of God, but does God offend people? Does He apologize?
As I kept wondering, He said, "apologize to her for me and say "I am sorry for the hurts and pains certain people have inflicted on your life. They were supposed to be representing me but they gave you wounds that you need to recover from. Because of what they did to you, you are angry with me".
She broke down in tears, and I broke down too. She told me the story of how she was r***d by a clergyman. She was a virgin, the young lady kept herself until she was over her 20's. It was a painful experience and it shattered her life. I don't want to give full details of that terrible experience.
I presented the gospel to her with tears in my eyes but she refused to listen. I cried the more. I wept throughout that day.
DEDICATION
There are a lot of people who have been molested, hurt and afflicted by people who they look up to. Their lives have been wrecked by the manipulation and darkness of people in high places. The most shattering experience is when these victims of sexual abuse come out, they are condemned and vilified.
This song is dedicated to all those strong women who have decided to come out of the pains of hurt of molestation, and decided to build up a new life with Jesus Christ as the anchor. This song is a message to those who refuse to accept the gospel of salvation because of what so called "Christians" have done to them.

TRACK 03.
BLESSED.
ABOUT THE SONG
The song will remind you of the very words of Jesus credited to Him by Apostle Paul. Jesus said, "It is more better to give than to recieve". This is eternally true. Life on earth is too short, even if we live for 200 years it is not enough. The seeds we sow into the lives of others by giving is what outlives us.
This is one of my best songs on the LP, but I didn't like it that much from the beginning.
We recorded this song in 2012. Someone I respected so much said some things about the song that got me discouraged. I just left the rough recording on the drive until later around 2013.
It was after one of our brothers listened to it and couldn't stop talking about it that I had to revisit and listen to the song again. Even though what he had on his phone was the rough mix, he made me believe that the song was beautiful. I can say I put this song on the project because Emmanuel Ojonugwa showed me how great it was and surely it is.
THE STUDIO SESSION
I took this production to the late 90's with some serious acoustic drums and guitar chucks. The tonality of this song is like no other on the playlist. We recorded more guitars on it but I had to yank them off to keep it more simple.
YEAR OF RECORDING: 2012.
TRACK 02.
MALIBONGWE.
THE STUDIO SESSION
Produced in Johannesburg, SA. Right there at the studio in Turfontein, I decided to write a song in the local language, Zulu.
With assistance from Nandi, Miriam Muska, Joseph Muska and others, we recorded this masterpiece in the year 2011.
Malibongwe is on track 2. It deserves that space because without much promotion it spread by itself all over Southi.
ABOUT THE SONG.
Malibongwe chorus means "LET THE NAME OF THE LORD BE PRAISED".
Malibongwe is officially 10 years old as at the release of this LP. It is not the oldest song on the playlist, but it is old.
DEDICATION
I dedicate this song to all my South African church members. I love you all. Space will fail me to mention names.

TRACK 01.
CAST A STONE.
THE STUDIO SESSION
This is a 1980's Reggae Riddim with a lot of reverbs on the drums and vocals. You could feel the analogue vibe from the distortion I used on the drums, organs and guitars.
I put it on track 1 because it's one song that really got me to portray my ability to produce Vintage Reggae Music. I took myself back in time to my childhood where Reggae Music was the dominant genre in the world.
ABOUT THE SONG.
Cast A Stone is a poetic rendition of the words of our Lord Jesus to the self righteous executioners of the Law.
A woman was caught in adultery, they had wanted to stone her to death. They got creative and decided they were going to use the situation to trap Jesus since He was a preacher of God's grace and forgiveness.
By the wisdom of God, Jesus not only escaped the trap but put them to shame when He said,
"He that has no sin, let him be the first to cast a stone". John 8:7.
One by one they dropped the stones and left the woman alone. Jesus then asked, "where are your accusers?"
DEDICATION
I am dedicating this song to all who have been wounded, hurt by sins and broken by their own addictions.
Through Jesus we receive eternal life and as we learn to walk in His ways, we have victory over the motions of sins in the flesh.
Jesus has defeated sin,
He has defeated condemnation.
We are free!
Even the devil won't dare to cast a stone.

GOD IS LOVE!
You don't need to go on a fast, go to a mountain, or need thirty days to hear from God. God speaks, we simply do not know how to hear his voice.
Asking someone to give you thirty, sixty or ninety days to respond to a marriage proposal could mean, you don't like the person; you don't know how to hear from God; or you are just following religious protocol in those matters. It is a yes or no based on several factors right on the spot.
Develop your spiritual senses of hearing, seeing, and knowing. Train yourself!
