Dear Parents,our children need more than Intelligence Quotient (IQ) to be successful in life.
They need: Emotional Intelligence.
Kindly encourage them to attend the last day of this training.

In a school training,as a pre-test,the students were asked:"who do you want to be in future?"
"I want to be a Pilot." "I want to be a Doctor" Good!
After the training,as a post-test,the students were asked the same question.
The "Pilot": "I want to be a Fashion." Designer.
The "Doctor": "I want to be a Musician.
Is it wrong to be a Pilot or a Doctor? No!
The question is: what are the deciding factors?
