I have watched the way which most Nigerians, Police, FRSC react at accident scenes. Most people have little or no training in first Aid and usually clueless in case of an emergency, be it in their home, on the streets and even in some hospitals.Most times we allow our emotions get in the way of making proper,objective and life saving decisions that will save the lives of their loved ones, friends
and even strangers in need of help. People would usually rush to an incident scene without making sure it's safe enough for them and /or start lifting victims inappropriately which could further endanger the victims lives and could lead to death. Saving Lives would provide useful First Aid tips/ instructions to everyone interested in saving lives. First aid is: help given to a person who has been hurt or is suddenly taken ill. First aid is the steps you can take before a person gets expert medical help. First aid can sometimes save a person’s life, but more often it is help given in an everyday accident or illness.(British Red Cross)
