So many couples face different challenges in their s*x lives, yet some people believe that we should not talk about s*x because they feel it is vulgar or dirty to talk about it.
However, I think we should talk about it in order to help so many people who are suffering in silence just because they don't want to be ridiculed by the society.
Some of the s*x related issues include:
1. Vaginal Dryness
2. Low Libido
3. Quick Ej*******on

Vaginal Dryness
This can be caused by many factors, including:
Stress, Allergies, Menopause, Menstruation, Certain medications, Douching, Ci******es and Alcohol.
When a lady is experiencing va**nal dryness, it can lead to bruises and pains during s*xual in*******se and sometimes the cause may not be readily known.
To provide immediate relief for the bruises and pains usually experienced by ladies at a time like this, she could use:
(a) Vaginal Lubricants
Vaginal lubricants can be applied just before or during s*x to provide fast and short term relief from the va**nal dryness and related bruises and pains

(b) Vaginal Moisturizers
Vaginal moisturizers can also be applied to rehydrate or cause wetness to the dry muccosal tissue of the va**na.
While using the lubricants and the moisturizers, it is also important to consult health care providers to trace the actual causes of your va**nal dryness and proffer a more lasting solution.
It is also important that the lady explains what she is going through to her husband in a calm manner and not in a mood of anger, fight or frustration.
The husband on his part, when you notice that your wife is not comfortable with your s*xual advances, try to patiently find out from her what the reason is. It is not fair to conclude that she is pretending.
Once you establish the reason, you have to empathize with her and see how both of you can find a lasting solution.

How To Love Your Husband (PART 1)
This is for the married. Any lady that is married must understand that she is expected to take care of all of the needs of her husband, including s*xual needs.
Some ladies are easily frustrated once they notice that their husband has erectile problem as if it is a death sentence. It is not a death sentence, and it is not a permanent problem too.
Some are so quick to run into the arms of another man to seek satisfaction instead of joining the husband to look for a lasting solution. Where is the love you professed for him a while ago?
This is not only shameful, the truth is that the seeming joy that such a lady gets from the illicit affair will not last.
If you find yourself in this situation, I want to let you know that the word of God says in 1 Corinth 10 : 13 that there hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
There are both medical and spiritual solutions that you and your spouse can explore.
The word of God says in Proverbs 24: 10 that If you falter in times of trouble, how small is your strength! To falter is to advertise your weakness.
There is a saying that when the going gets tough, the tough gets going. It is a time to be strong and support him. It is not a time to make him feel like he has failed.
Do not follow the advice of bad friends and abandon your husband at such a crucial moment.

Family Destiny For Sale?
I want you to picture a beautiful mansion under construction and passersby are not able to appreciate the beauty yet because it is still under construction.
However, imagine that you have the privilege to meet with the building engineers in charge of the beautiful mansion under construction discussing how the mansion will look when completed. You were opportuned to see how beautiful the mansion will look when completed right in one of their computer systems and it was meant to be completed in a matter of few weeks.
The next day, you heard that the wife of the owner of that mansion took the documents from where the husband kept them and sold it at a give away price for the mere fact that the building construction has been delayed.
Now, how will you feel about the news of the sale of the mansion?
You see, the destiny of many families have been advertised for sale either by the wives or husbands unknowingly due to lack of understanding of the interplay of the arbitrariness that life offers.
So, how can a person sell his or her family DESTINY?
A person can sell his or her family DESTINY by taking wrong actions based on the seemingly overwhelming thoughts of the challenges of life.
You see, most of the time, challenges can be there, but the thoughts of the challenges can become overwhelming because we expose ourselves unduly to the devil without seeking covering from Jesus Christ who is the author and finisher of our faith.
When last did you report a matter to God in a conscious discussion with Him?
Sometimes you feel that He may not understand, but He understands more than anyone could.
Don't take that wrong step that will lead to your selling your family DESTINY.
God still loves you and your family. He is ready to help you if you will allow him.
