A group of enthusiastic and optimistic individuals who believe that the solution to the present challenges we face as individuals or as a nation lies inside of us. We are moved with the mandate to change by developing our minds which in turn will affect our world positively. Also inspired to lay a foundation of global movers by preparing a platform for the future
generation through our LEADERSHIP, ENTREPRENEURSHIP and MENTORSHIP programs. MISSION
To reach out to the youths with the aim of developing their character,�conviction, entrepreneurship and leadership qualities. VISION
To develop a new breed of God fearing entrepreneurs and leaders with integrity�who will impact and influence their world positively. Purpose�To produce entrepreneurs and leaders with personal integrity, principle-centered�character and a spiritual background founded on the Bible. STRATEGIES
1. To organize SEFLEX (Spiritual, Entrepreneurship, Financial, Leadership,�and Excellence) development meetings in primary and secondary schools, and� in the universities.�
2. To provide scholarship program for individuals that meet the selection criteri�a.�
3. To develop a library for resource and for personal development and training.�
4. To provide mentorship for the youths.�
5. To provide opportunities where possible for individuals to develop themselves. To schedule a minimum of six SEFLEX meetings yearly.�
2. To hold an annual SEFLEX summit.�
3. To distribute learning materials including books and audio-visuals to�participants.�
4. To provide personal mentoring for individuals. OBJECTIVES
� 1. To organise workshops, seminars, symposium on leadership and establish leadership training centres.

3. To provide training programmes for personal development and provide platform for mentoring of young people.
4. To establish library and information resources centres across nigeria.
5. To support educational development of young people through the provisions of scholarship.
