Глава Торгово-промышленной палаты (ТПП) России Сергей Катырин предложил подумать о дополнительных преференциях для бизнеса в нерабочие дни, в частности, об освобождении от налогов и реструктуризации долгов перед банками.
Президент РФ Владимир Путин накануне подписал указ, устанавливающий с 30 октября по 7 ноября текущего года в России нерабочие дни с сохранением за работниками зарплаты. Ранее первый вице-премьер РФ Андрей Белоусов предложил возобновить кредитование пострадавших отраслей под 3% годовых, а также ввести единовременные выплаты в объеме одного МРОТ на одного занятого.
"Можно было бы подумать и освободить бизнес от налогов пропорционально количеству нерабочих дней. То есть если прямых финансов нет, то какие-то преференции создать с помощью налоговых режимов. Также, например, дать возможность реструктурировать долги перед банками при их наличии. Такой набор мер, на мой взгляд, можно было бы попытаться использовать", - сообщил в четверг Катырин ТАСС.
Он отметил, что оценки правительства РФ о потерях бизнеса в нерабочие дни в размере 4 млрд рублей в день "достаточно адекватные". "Полагаю, что такие цифры и будут", - заключил глава ТПП РФ.
Катырин добавил, что решения о новых ограничительных мерах "не от хорошей жизни приняты". Он рассчитывает, что с помощью них "удастся сбить волну подъема заболеваемости коронавирусом".
