AFTERSALES SERVICE AT MBANO
Very early morning today, I had to go attend to an SOS # -sales service call from one of our clients in Eziama Mbano.
After sales service is very core to our mission to ensure our local communities have access to reliable and affordable power supply.
Umuezelanyike community in Eziama Mbano has almost no access to power supply.
So it was vital that we respond to this client who has been down for about 3days despite all remote support.
Thankfully once I arrived and after some basic troubleshooting......it was a blown breaker.
He complained but I educated him that the breaker did its job.....to prevent whatever surge that came from damaging the more expensive components like the inverter.
This reinforces the need to always install some form of circuit breakers in any electrical installation.
We replaced the damaged breaker and did some basic resetting on the inverter.....
And the client is already enjoying his again.
He explained how terrible the last 3days has been again for him.......
He has spent so much on fuel again as he resorted to generators only for a fee hours.
Now his power supply is resorted.....he is happy.

They learnt the basics and we're able to build a fully functional solar energy system......that works.
They charged their phones on it and we're amazed.
