Pinkbluers Global aims to be a women's enlightenment and empowerment platform. By the grace of God Almighty, we have been efficient in the enlightenment part. The empowerment part was still lacking facilities and resources.

Fast forward to 2020, we thought of a way to actually reward Pinkbluers who are doing a great job in inviting and referring other women to us for each purchase of E-Guide or Private Coaching services.

Initially, we came up with what we called PinkBluers Identification/Income Code which we gave to PinkBluers then.

And we advised them to give the code to anybody they invited and tell those people to give us the code when they come to us. Then with the code, we got to know the PinkBluers who referred them to us. That was one of the ways we got to know a set of Pinkbluers here. We call them "Pinkbluers Elders" You know yourself. Lols. 😍😍

From that manual process, we had the Pinkbluers Payday, which is every Monday. For as long as the person they referred submitted their codes to us, they got a 33% commission.

It was our way of saying thank you to them for helping other women overcome Gender disappointment. We believe you have seen so many testimonies here where some Pinkbluers mention things like... God bless my neighbor, my co-wife, my sister, my friend, or my church member for inviting me to Pinkbluers. That is what we meant by helping other women not just themselves.

Rewarding their efforts was really wonderful and a lot of PinkBluers earned real money from that. We even tagged what we were doing as "Pinkbluers Empowerment Program" At some point.

However, in 2021, we stopped introducing the Empowerment Program to new PinkBluers

The reason was that the whole thing became big and overwhelming. Coupled with the fact that everything was done manually. From keeping the records to sending out payments both were done manually. Every Monday used to be the PinkBluers payday. You can imagine sitting down to prepare the payroll and sending money to Pinkbluers manually. Add that to the thousands of Pinkbluers that we were coaching... It was overwhelming.

We had to take a pause and think of a better way to handle that. After all na person wer dey alive dey do empowerment program... hahaha.😂😂

Do you know that IVF alone cannot be used for gender selection?
You need IVF + PGD (Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis) which cost from about 6 million Naira and above per cycle.. (Price may vary based on location)
