ONLINE SALES OF FORMS FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES OF ABU DISTANCE LEARNING CENTRE (DLC)
This is to inform the general public that the online sale of Application forms and offer of Admissions to qualified applicants for DLC’s degree programmes has commenced against the 2020/2021 academic session. All DLC’s programmes are duly accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC). Below are the available programmes:

Interested candidates should visit the ABU DLC’s website: https://abudlc.edu.ng/ and https://apply.abudlc.edu.ng/ for information on how to apply, programme specific admission requirements, study modalities and fees structures.
Candidates are strongly advised to carefully review the programme specific admission requirements before purchase and filling the online application form. Please also note the following generic information/requirements:
1. Possession of basic university entry requirements, including specific admission requirements, is mandatory (see DLC’s website for details).
2. Possession of NYSC discharge certificate, exemption or exclusion letters as the case may be, is mandatory for admission into the PG programmes.
3. The cost of the application form for all programmes is Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only and bank charges of Three Hundred Naira (N300) only.
4. The phone numbers and valid e-mail addresses of the applicant should reflect in the online application form.
5. Third Class (with less than 5 years’ postgraduate relevant experience) and HND holders applying for MBA must undertake the PGDM programme.
6. HND holders in Business and Public Administration may be entitled to join at 300 level.
7. BNSc. Admission is ONLY by Direct Entry (200L) and applicants MUST be Registered Nurse (RN).

Dear All,

Our attention has been drawn to a shady looking circular purported to emanate from one of the Federal Medical Centers (FMC). The circular claims that only four online programmes are acceptable by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in Nigeria.

Students and prospective students, parents and other stakeholders are encouraged to visit the NUC website, given below, to see the list of NUC approved Open and Distance Learning (ODL) programmes in Nigeria:

NUC has recently granted approval to another set of institutions to START running some programmes via the ODL mode.

Application and Screening is currently ongoing with deadline as 5th of March, while late course registration for returning students ends on the 7th of March with a fee of 10,000 naira. Don't miss another opportunity of becoming a student of ABU DLC this semester.

Course registration for 2020/2021 Batch A has been extended and is now scheduled to end on the 28th of February. Kindly apply if you are yet to make application.
