Tomorrow will be better than today if only you GROW.

Rather than just praying for things to get better, build capacity. Nobody is immune to problems and difficult times, but our capacities are what make the difference.

When you start building your mind by investing in quality knowledge, you realize that many of your prayer points are irrelevant and rooted in ignorance.

Budget for books the way you budget for food because what food is to your body is what knowledge (quality books written by people who have walked the talk) is to your mind.

Books are beings in print. Every great book carries the life of its author. The easiest way to replicate the results of anyone is to study their books.

If you have the right knowledge, you will do the right thing, and if you do the right thing, you will get the right results.

The devil is not as powerful as deliverance ministers and prophets project him to be. He is just feeding on your ignorance. Ninety-five percent of your problems have roots in your ignorance.

Anytime I'm challenged, I don't just pray; I look for books that have the answers I'm looking for and go on a retreat with those books.

For me, I live my life as if the devil does not exist because of
revelational knowledge.

If you are an entrepreneur, get these books—they are game-changers.

The proof of faith is action. If you truly believe in your great future, let that belief be reflected in your preparation.

𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞!

Many have asked me why I'm passionate about helping individuals find their sense of meaning and live a purpose-driven life. Let me explain why this matters so deeply to me.

When I found purpose in my life journey, two significant things happened to me:

1. My attention naturally shifted from being self-centered (focused on "I, me, and myself") to considering how I could contribute meaningfully to the people around me and society as a whole. In other words, my focus transitioned from mere survival to finding true significance.

2. I became a leader by default. True leadership stems from a place of purpose. Throughout history, you'll observe that great leaders are individuals who found a cause (a purpose) beyond themselves and decided to lead in that area.

Until our pursuits in life are driven by purpose, we cannot create a truly meaningful society. Until people find their sense of meaning, they can never bring genuine meaning to the society they inhabit.

Part of my life's assignment is to help people, especially young minds, build lives of purpose and meaning. That is what drives my very being.
I'm passionate about this because I believe it holds the key to unlocking our full potential as individuals and as a society.

At this phase of my life, I'm focusing more on nation-building, specifically in the area of education.
Over the past 10 months, I have been researching and studying what makes the educational systems of developed nations great.

Through this process, I have been able to create products that will address gaps and lapses in our traditional educational system.

My team and I will be rolling out these solutions soon.

We cannot change our nation by praying alone or merely complaining and voicing opinions on social media.

We can only bring change by developing creative solutions and implementing systems around them.
Nigeria's problems are not individual issues; they are system and ideological challenges.

To transform the system, we must build counter-systems and promote proper ideologies.

Nigeria's progress hinges on our ability to create alternative frameworks that address the root causes of our challenges, rather than relying solely on symptomatic resolution

As Nelson Mandela rightly said, 'Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.' I believe that if we can get it right in education, we will eventually get it right in other things.

If you neglect to instill in your children the principles of genuine and ethical wealth creation during their formative years, and instead rely on social media to shape their understanding, they may one day consider exploiting you for ritual purposes.

Social media currently portrays making money as justifiable through any means, regardless of ethics.

Today, individuals engage in various vices in their pursuit of wealth, normalizing unethical behavior.

We must prioritize a value-driven approach to wealth accumulation.

𝐏𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬

Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you feel a thought stirring within, yet you lack the words to express it?

If so, you may be experiencing what I refer to as a poverty of vocabularies. Poverty of vocabulary is a state where you lack the ability (words) to bring your thoughts into existence.

Words serve as the conduit through which we transform abstract thoughts into tangible realities; they bridge the gap between the unseen and the visible.

Even God, in the biblical narrative, could not manifest what lay within until He uttered the words: "Let there be light," and so there was light.

Would light have materialized without the word to summon it? God brought everything into existence by his words.

Would Facebook exist today if Mark Zuckerberg had not coined the term?

Would Coca-Cola exist today if John Pemberton and Asa Griggs Candler had no word for it?

Would Google be a household name if Sergey Brin and Larry Page had not named it as such?

Words breathe life into thoughts. Words give us access to reality. You may not experience any reality for which we don't have a word. There is a high probability for you to experience the realities you have more vocabularies for.

The more I expose myself to successful vocabularies, the more success I experience.

You don't know the disservice you are doing to yourself by not reading good and quality books written by people who have walked the talk.

Reading helps you acquire more vocabularies. It won’t just make you a good communicator but also empower you with words that will make you a creator and achiever.

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐯𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞

Back then in school, during my undergraduate studies (2014-2017), I belonged to two squads on campus: The certificate squad and the sabificate squad.

My certificate squad advocated for academic excellence. We challenged ourselves to achieve good grades and probably graduate with a first-class degree. "TDB" (till date breaks) was a regular slang in the squad. you read till day breaks.

My egbons in the squad believed that juggling business with academics is a big attraction. He believed that with good grades, a great future is bright.

On the other hand, was my sabificate squad who fueled my entrepreneurial passion. The normal slang in the squadl was, "It's not by certificate, it's by sabificate" "who school help". We knew all the names of successful people who were school dropouts or didn't have formal education🤣. Salary for us is like an insult because it doesn't worth our values 🤣

There was a certain time on campus when the squad gained so much ground to the point that boys started dropping out of school because they were cashing out, and for those who couldn't drop out due to the fear of their parents, they were no longer serious with their academics.
Carryovers were a common thing among senior men 🤣.

I was in between these two camps. Sometimes, I'm tempted to quit one squad, especially the certificate one, to focus and fully belong to the sabificate squad.

But there is this voice within telling me "No".
"Aaron, you don't need to quit school to do business, and you don't quit business to do school. Both are building blocks and launch pads to a great future ahead of you."

It was not easy, but the voice always prevailed over me. In the end, I realized that the voice was right. I did well in both academics and business. I graduated as one of the best, and my business scaled exponentially.

Here is my counsel to young people:
1. In all you do, endeavour to have people who are older than you in knowledge and experience in your inner circle. The stage you are in life influences your decisions and choices, which is why you need people who can see what you can't see. If not, you will make decisions today that you will regret tomorrow.

One of the things that has helped strike the balance was the fact that I have mentors (people who have experienced life beyond my scope) who advise me.

2. Understand the fact that you are a unique individual with unique experiences and paths in life; therefore, know what works for you. What works for others may not work for you.

You can learn from people, but don't do copy and paste. You will fail.
If your path to greatness is in formal education, please don't let anyone talk you out of it. And if your path to greatness is entrepreneurship, stay focused on that lane.

3. Learn to increase your odds for success in life. As I mature in understanding, I have learned that life is not straightforward, (life no balance oo🤣) and nothing on earth has a 100% guarantee for success. Therefore, you must not put all your eggs in one basket at a certain season in life.

Even if you are called to be a business mogul, still go to school; it will help you on your journey. Your certificate can be a leverage for your sabificate, and your sabificate can be leverage for your certificate. Learn everything that is necessary to increase your odds for success.

There are instances in my life where my certificates gave my sabificate leverage, some do business with me because of my qualification. And there are instances where my sabificate gave my certificates leverage.

I was speaking with one of my business and financial mentors about my contemplation on pursuing a doctorate degree. I told him that I wasn't interested anymore since I didn't want a job in academics. Here is what he said,
"Aaron, go for it. Age is still on your side. Whether you want to lecture or not, go for it. It will give you leverage in whatever you do in the future."
I was surprised to hear such statements from him. As I reflected on his words, I got his message: increase your odds for success. Each experience is building block for the greatness ahead of you

Decisions decide destiny; therefore, seek for quality knowledge that will helps make quality and informed decisions.

See you at the top.

How to Assist a Child Struggling to Cope in School: A Guide for Parents and Tutors

I felt compelled to write this short article after my conversation with one of the parents in my inner circle about his child struggling academically.

Every parent desires success for their children, especially in school, as a significant portion of their hard-earned income is invested there. When their children falter academically, it understandably becomes a cause for concern.

The insights I'm about to share stem from my experience as a tutor and the research I've undertaken. Having tutored since 2012 and currently pursuing courses in developmental psychology and neuropsychology, I believe these perspectives may offer valuable assistance.

Below are fundamental steps I take when aiding a child with learning disabilities or one who is struggling in school:

1. I reset their mindset:

As humans, it's not solely our actions but the beliefs backing those actions that yield results. That is why two individuals can do the same things under the same circumstances but have different results.
Even if you employ every teaching method available, without the child believing in their capability to accomplish what you ask, positive results remain elusive.
A child's belief in their ability to succeed significantly influences their outcomes. Often, the issue lies not in their "ABILITY" but in their "BELIEF SYSTEM".
So, when coaching a struggling child, I initiate conversations to understand their belief system, fears, and doubts. Subsequently, I work on resetting these beliefs, sometimes through affirmations or inspiring stories.

2. I help them build a healthy sense of identity:

Forget about motivational quotes; the truth is that when a child fails consistently, coupled with negative words spoken to them by parents and people around them, it affects their psychology; they will begin to see themselves as failures.
Research has shown that we always act in consonance with who we perceive ourselves to be.
A child who always fails in schoolwork will eventually start seeing himself or herself as a failure. If you don't handle this faulty foundation, you will not see the results you desire.

Help the child build a healthy sense of identity, and you will see the miracle. Teach them to operate from their divine nature.

3. Focus on Their Strengths:
You must understand that a child cannot do everything successfully. Not every child will do well in schoolwork; however, every child is designed by God to succeed in an area of life.
When a child is not coping after you've done your best, just lower the tension. Study what that child loves or likes and help that child to succeed in that thing.
For instance, if the child loves artwork, invest in that area and help that child to achieve more success in that area.
When a child starts succeeding in an area of life, it builds their confidence, and that success will eventually spill over into other aspects of their lives.
Try these with any child struggling to cope in school and see what will happen.

May your children bring you pride and joy.

If you find this article helpful, please consider sharing it.

Thank you.

Anyone who pays critical attention to our traditional education system will attest to the fact that it falls short in adequately preparing young minds for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.

While the conventional schools focuses on imparting knowledge, it tends to overlook the critical development of real-life skills and self-awareness.

Some of the identity crises and personality disorders in society today are traceable to this faulty foundation in the education system.

That doesn't mean "school na scam." Our goal is to bridge this gap in the traditional education system and raise a holistic individual who is prepared for the challenges and opportunities of this digital age.

Life is a journey inside to discover one's true self and purpose, and a journey outside to contribute meaningfully to the world.

Let’s help your kid(s)/teen(s) build a life of purpose, value, and significance.

See you on the second Saturday of next month (April 13, 2024).

Check the flyer for more details.

Don't be deceived; anyone who is genuinely succeeding is paying a price that he or she doesn't post on social media.

If success were that easy, everyone would be successful.
For every win you see, there are tens of failures behind the scenes that you don't know.

Don't be ashamed of the process. It's those things you go through that give you the wisdom and maturity to handle your breakthrough and also the credibility to mentor others under your sphere of influence.

Recognize that facing and overcoming challenges is crucial. When you achieve victory, it is not merely a personal win but a source of inspiration for thousands who will be touched by your story tomorrow.

Go through what you need to go through now, bear your burden.
Go through the process; if you want to stand the test of time.

Your obstacles shouldn't be the reason you quit; it should be the reason you push harder.

Don't assume that because God says it's yours, that means it will come to you on a platter of gold, no, sometimes you fight your way into your promised land.

If you are on the right path, don't give up. Joy is coming.

It was a great moment at the Uyo book event last Saturday. Our February reading will be a bang; stay tuned for updates.

Pay close attention to strategic relationships.

You don't need EVERYBODY to succeed in life; however, there are people you CAN'T succeed without because God has positioned them in your journey to assist you.

As you journey in life, you will realize that your success is not just tied to what you can do but also to what others can help you do.

When you find relationships that can help you:
BECOME more DO more HAVE more,

don't take such relationships for granted if your destiny matters to you.

Honour such relationships.
Maintain such relationships.

See you tomorrow at the club
It's going to be an amazing experience
