So last week, a returning customer sent me a message that she wants dry scumbia fish and sardine...i was a bit confused because i felt maybe she sent me a wrong msg. So i told her Ma'am,I think you sent me a wrong message,and she replied No. that she wants a carton of scumbia and sardine dried. So she asked me if i can't i do it, mee? the igbo girl in me that likes money said "its nothing like that ma, i can do it.but deep down inside i know this work requires Ibuprofen 😂. She told me if i cant do it, that i should tell her that she doesn't want stories, that the last one she bought from someone wasn't sweet at all..and that it was all burnt and very dried like dry fish..she also said she i shouldn't make it so dry but i should make sure that after drying, maggots wont be seen in the fish. Firstly, i understood that the person must have bought the Wrong fish which is TITUS fish because Original Scumbia is always so sweet.i also told her that for it not to spoil, i would need her permission to cut the fish into two and remove those dirty things found in the fish head. she said just do whats best,all i know is everything should be perfect. she asked for price i told her that i cnt give her price untill i find out how much Cold rooms sells there fish..truth be told,if you have been eating original scumbia since this year you would know that the price is not smiling at all😂 I made my findings and got bk to her on the price, she sent money immediately and i entered the market,i knew that i needed help from someone because i dnt even have the local oven to dry the fish,so i went to my customer that sells smoked fish,i told her everything she explained a few things for me and told me I can use her local oven to dry it,that i should just buy my firewood Guys!!!
