If a church media team is not rendering their services effectively, here are four steps to consider:
1. Communication: Open a dialogue with the media team to discuss your concerns and expectations. Ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. Provide constructive feedback and encourage team members to share their own thoughts and challenges.
2. Training and Development: Assess the skills and knowledge of the team members. Offer training or workshops to improve their technical skills or understanding of the church's needs. This investment in their development can lead to better performance.
3. Set Clear Expectations: Define clear objectives and performance metrics for the media team. Having measurable goals can help the team understand what is expected of them and provide motivation to improve.
4. Regular Feedback and Evaluation: Implement a feedback system that includes regular evaluations of the team's performance. This can be a valuable tool for continuous improvement. Recognize and reward outstanding contributions to motivate the team.
Remember that a supportive and constructive approach is often more effective than criticism. Working collaboratively with the media team can lead to better outcomes and a more positive working environment.

As a pastor on social media, there are several mistakes you should avoid:
1. Lack of Authenticity: Being inauthentic or insincere can be detrimental. Congregants and followers appreciate genuine interactions. Avoid portraying a false image or trying too hard to fit in.
2. Controversial or Divisive Content: Posting content that is divisive, offensive, or overly political can alienate your audience. It's important to maintain a balanced and respectful tone, focusing on messages of love, unity, and faith.
3. Neglecting Privacy and Boundaries: Pastors should be cautious about oversharing personal information. Maintain appropriate boundaries and protect the privacy of your congregation. Avoid discussing sensitive or confidential matters on social media.
Remember that social media can be a powerful tool for spreading positive messages and connecting with your community, but it should be used thoughtfully and responsibly.

Creating a church page on social media that attracts real followers involves a thoughtful approach to content and engagement. Here's how to set up a church page on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to attract genuine followers:
1. **Choose the Right Platform**: Select a platform that aligns with your target audience. Facebook is versatile, Instagram is visual, and Twitter is great for sharing short messages.
2. **Optimize Profile Information**:
- Use a clear and recognizable profile picture, such as your church logo or a welcoming image.
- Write a compelling bio or "About" section with a brief description of your church, services, and mission.
3. **Create Engaging Content**:
- Share inspiring sermons, quotes, and Bible verses.
- Post updates about upcoming events and services.
- Share stories and testimonies from your congregation.
- Use high-quality images and videos.
- Share content regularly, but don't overwhelm your followers.
4. **Interact and Respond**:
- Engage with your followers by responding to comments and messages promptly.
- Encourage discussions and dialogue in the comments.
- Show appreciation for support and participation.
5. **Promote Online Services and Events**:
- Use the platform to promote your church's services and events.
- Create engaging event pages and invite followers to join.
6. **Use Hashtags and Keywords**:
- Use relevant hashtags and keywords to increase the discoverability of your content.
- Research trending or popular hashtags within the Christian community.
7. **Leverage Visuals**:
- Share visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics.
- Use visually consistent branding across your posts.
8. **Collaborate and Network**:
- Collaborate with other churches, organizations, or influencers in your community or niche.
- Cross-promote with local businesses or events.
9. **Promote Community Involvement**:
- Highlight your church's involvement in the local community and social causes.
- Share stories of outreach and charitable activities.
10. **Run Facebook Ads or Promotions**:
- Consider using targeted Facebook ads to reach a wider audience in your area.
- Promote important events or services to your existing followers.
11. **Monitor Analytics**:
- Keep an eye on the platform's analytics to understand what type of content works best and adjust your strategy accordingly.
12. **Stay Authentic and Consistent**:
- Be genuine in your communication and avoid sounding overly promotional.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Building a genuine and engaged following takes time, so be patient and focus on providing value and connecting with your community.
To prevent people from tagging you in unnecessary posts on Facebook, you can take the following steps:
1. Adjust your tagging settings:
- Go to your Facebook settings.
- Click on "Privacy" on the left sidebar.
- Under "How People Can Find and Contact You," click on "Edit" next to "Who can tag you in posts."
- Select "Only Me" or "Friends" to restrict who can tag you.
2. Review tags before they appear on your timeline:
- In the same "Privacy" settings, under "Timeline and Tagging," enable "Review posts you're tagged in before the post appears on your timeline."
3. Block or unfriend the person:
- If someone continues to tag you unnecessarily, consider blocking or unfriending them to prevent further tagging.
4. Report the post:
- If a tag is in violation of Facebook's Community Standards, report the post to Facebook.
These settings will give you more control over who can tag you in posts and allow you to review and approve tags before they appear on your timeline.

Full time ministry is FULL TIME MINISTRY, which mean you cannot serve people in a PART TIME way and get FULL TIME REWARD.
Coming into ministry ten years ago, I heard Andrew woomack say 'the more avenues we explore to serve people, the more avenues of blessings God opens up to us'.
In reality this not only true for ministry but for every other endeavour.
The more you minister to people in different dimensions, the easier it is for blessings to flow to you.
Remember the pastor is basically rewarded materially via serving spiritually.
So how do you prosper materially in full time ministry?
1. Be sure you are to be in full time ministry.
Not everyone is an apostle. Not everyone needs to have that kind of work load. You might as well do your secular work while you pastor. It works.
2. Enter full time ministry at a younger age if possible.
It is better you start before you marry.
Marriage is demanding!
Paul said the married folks care for their partners, if left unchecked, it can be a distraction from serving God.
When you are single, you are able to SUFFER ALONE!
Please expect to suffer for a while (this depends on individuals).
Now, not everyone starts full time on a suffering mode, some were already big pastors under a denomination, they have support and audience already.
Some have money of their own.
Some are from rich family and were supported, note that not every minister who comes from rich homes are supported, some are disdained and ostracised.
So enjoy your suffering!
It is important.
However, early to rise gives you an advantage to shine early.
I am 32 years old actually and I started full time ministry at 22. I did busineses in between but later settled for this, full time.
3. Create a daily WORK PLAN.
I did this ten years ago.
For example.
1. Read books for 2 hours.
2. Go out for personal evangelism.
3. Write at least 50 posts on Facebook per day.
4. Prepare for services.
5. Attend conferences.
6. Pray for so and so hours.
7. Meet a need supernaturally everyday. It could be to heal a sick or give someone a prophecy etc
8. Do videos, upload them.
9. Meet new ministers, find synergy.
10. Write a new book for passive income.
11. Be avaialbe for counselling.
12. Visit certain members.
13. Create groups for different purposes; Relationships, finance etc according to my area of grace etc
๐ค๐ค
Ministry is all about meeting needs supernaturally.
You must know your grace, know your abilities and spread them out in a way that will bless people daily.
It might take an average of 20 minutes to write this post but I write an average of 10 posts per day, that is commitment, consistency and tenacity.
As you minister to more people, more doors will open for you.

1. Analyze Your Content: Review your existing content to identify what's working and what isn't. Focus on producing more of the content that resonates with your audience and consider eliminating or modifying content that isn't engaging.
2. Engage with Your Audience: Interact with your followers by responding to comments, messages, and participating in discussions. Building a genuine connection with your audience can lead to increased engagement and growth.
3. Consistency: Maintain a consistent posting schedule. Regular and predictable content can keep your audience engaged and coming back for more.
4. Content Quality: Ensure that your content is of high quality. Use visually appealing images, well-written captions, and relevant hashtags. High-quality content is more likely to be shared and attract new followers.
5. Collaborate and Cross-Promote: Partner with others in your niche or industry for cross-promotions. Collaborative efforts can expose your page to a new audience. Additionally, consider running promotions or contests to attract attention and grow your following.
Remember that growth can take time, and it's essential to be patient and persistent. Monitor your page's performance, adapt your strategy as needed, and continue to engage with your audience to foster growth over time.
Some important people in this country do not have Facebook accounts. However, they have individuals who create fan pages for them. These individuals constantly post on their behalf and are paid for their services. They even use church funds to support these pages.
The pastors who claim not to have personal accounts actually spend a lot of money on sponsored pages. They also have billboards all over Nigeria with their faces and quotes on them.
These same people who say it's not about fame, spend a significant amount of money to have others manage their pages. They want to keep themselves popular while keeping their followers in the dark, so they continue to worship them.
Imagine if you had 1 million followers and your pastor only had 1,000. In that scenario, you would be a celebrity to your pastor, and they might even hire you to manage their page.
To maintain power and influence over your followers in business and ministry, you must keep them beneath you in terms of fame.
I'm not saying you have to use Facebook, but please don't hide yourself. Everyone is meant to rise to stardom, and there is room for everyone at the top.
