Good morning everyone this is abas lounge empire.
Today I want tell you on how to prepare a delicious traditional dish called AFANG SOUP. Or OFE OGAZI in Igbo.
First of the ingredients are
Waterleaf
Meat
Fish
Periwinkle
Afang
Maggi
Pepper
Salt
Crayfish
Red oil
Kpomo
Afang is a leaf and waterleaf is a leaf. So before I use. I must slice it. In the case of afang I must grind it or pound it
METHOD
First of all steam the meat
When the meat is done I will put the stockfish when everything is ready.
I will put the waterleaf periwinkle kpomo the dryfish.
The amount of water you put depend on how the soup is plenty. Please you need to put your maggi pepper and salt and taste it. Or you can decide to put your maggi and pound with the crayfish.
I will put the crayfish
When the soup boil very well I will taste it and put oil. When it boil again I will put the afang and taste it. The delicious afang soup is ready
You can use fufu as an accompaniment with the soup.
