About us
We started our B&B in 2008. For many years we have been happy to receive many guests from all over the world. We are also enthusiastic travelers ourselves and we like to book a room in a small personal hotel, guest house or B&B.
In 2018 and 2019 we took a break and used the guest room ourselves as a family. Just when we wanted to pick up rental again in 2019, the corona pandemic started. But now (it is 2022) we are completely ready again, we have also thoroughly overhauled the room and renovated and restyled it. We have got an official registration number of the city government of Amsterdam and permit for touristic rental (register number 0363 2E0A B8FC B113 1A25).

guestrom traza 37 is a modern, stylish guestroom for 2 persons with private bathroom and a perfect location in Amsterdam Oud-West.
guestroom traza 37 is a very light and cosy studio, with high ceilings and a nice green styling.
The guestroom has got a comfortabel double bed (160 cm), a fridge, a private bathroom with toilet, shower, and washbasin, a linnen-closet, free Wifi, Channel TV and central heating. Bed linen and towels are included in the service.
We don’t serve breakfast but you can enjoy it in one of the many cafés or restaurants nearby. There are coffee and tea facilities in the room.
The guestroom is located in a quiet street in the popular neighbourhood Amsterdam Oud-West or also called “Helmersbuurt”. There are a lot of trendy little shops, cafes and restaurants around the corner. The residential house dates back from 1889 and has been renovated recently.
