We are back with the last of the Tarot card designs. This is the Wealth card which will give you 500 coins if you’re lucky enough to get it. And the back design of the card. Which hides the hidden reward or punishment.
We are about to step into the next part of game development. Look forward to it.

We are back to the Tarot Card Designs. And today we are proud to present the Rich card and the Pain card. Rich will give you 100 coins and Pain will take 25% of whatever you have collected. We wanted the player to really feel hurt when they pick that card.
Making these cards was fun and the rich card really does feel like a collection of gold that would make anyone feel rich.

What would a reward game be without the chance of revival? The life card will bring you back to life and make you invincible for a certain amount of time. And of course there is the love card as well. The love card is actually the main character’s (Mainty) daughter who wants her dad to do well. So to make sure he does well, she send him some love and that love will push you further than where you fell by a big amount.

We are going to keep dropping these Tarot card designs, because we love them. These two cards are some of the better cards you can get. The forward card will push the player forward for a short distance after falling. The gold card will double the coins collected.

Back with some more final Tarot Card designs. These two are simple. One card is for the darkness, which means the darkness will come and punish you for trespassing. And the other is the fool card. The fool will make fun of you for getting his card.

Each card has its own effect and thus its own artwork.

These are the last few concept designs for the tarot cards. Now comes the hard part, we are going to have to pick one of each design and make it come alive. Cleaning it up and coloring it and putting the front design on it and putting it into the game. This is going to be fun.

We are back in the world with another showing of some art work where you can see what we are doing. This one is still us working on the Tarot Cards. We are very close to figuring out the final look of these. These are the ones for the Fool and Forward Card. We wanted a cool looking clown and a simple design for a dash like icon.

One of the cards is titled Darkness. We are still a little unsure about what the darkness card will do exactly, we just know that the smoke walking around in the game deserves some more action than just being decorations walking around in the game.

We are still working on finding the proper design for the revival card. Somehow we felt like the first set of designs didn’t really catch what we wanted so we decided to do 6 more.

We wanted to create a tarot card design that showed the player picking the right card. The one card that will actually revive him. In the game the revival animation is a flash of light bringing you back. So we wanted that feel or style to be present in the card as well.

We have decided to add a whole new element to our game. This new element is a game of chance where you the player get to pick a card. Each card will have a special effect attached to it. Some will be rewards and some will be punishments and some will just give you nothing.
These cards will be based on the concept of a tarot card. And because they are tarot cards, we cant just use standard cards everyone uses. We need to design our own cards. That is what this is about. This is the backside of the tarot card concept art.
