Meet our carpentry students who have been training in Young Africa Zimbabwe Mt Darwin- Mobile Training site for the past two months under the Skills for Youth Resilience Project funded by SERVE ⭐It is amazing to see how far they have come in such a short amount of time, as they are already creating standard furniture. They are trained on-the-job by a skilled Master Crafts person and also receiving theory lessons at the Vocational training centre with experienced trainers. Mobile Training was piloted by YA Zimbabwe in 2013 and has been implemented in Zimbabwe since then. In 2019, it was introduced in YA Mozambique, then Namibia in 2022. ⭐⭐
