Liefs,
Marlon

“Part of manifestation practice is what you let go of rather than what you add.” - Eckhart Tolle
It's counterintuitive, but when we let go of our attachment to a future outcome, we greatly increase our chances of realizing what we want to achieve.
In Eckhart's, FREE VIDEO TEACHING, you'll discover how to align your doing with Being, and how to joyfully participate in the infinite creativity of the universe.✨

Focusing on the lesson rather than the pain does not imply that you are ignoring or dismissing your pain. Suppressing your feelings or grief never leads to anything good. It keeps the emotion bottled up, and will only keep you feeling stuck.
It's also Interesting that by ruminating on the hurt, you end up escalating those feelings. If you let it, your mind will spin out of control. Have you ever noticed that you receive more of what you focus on?
Life throws major hurdles at us, and we may need to take a moment before we can turn our attention to the lesson. Take a pause. Recognize your suffering. Give it the time and attention it deserves. Then, for more emotional freedom, ask yourself what is the lesson here?
Here are 2 questions that can help:
1. What did I learn through this?
2. How has that made me more aware/stronger?
When you bring the lesson to the forefront, you open yourself to growth. The things you concentrate on (how you manage your thoughts) and the perspective you take will either amplify your peace or your pain. (There are times when you feel both, and that’s OK too.) But remember, as you keep your attention on the lesson, you inevitably keep moving forward.
Comment 🙌 if you feel the same way!

Ruminating on the past keeps it alive in your mind, taking up precious real estate that could be used for something more aligned and uplifting. One thing to remember is if you want your emotional freedom, you can interpret the story in a way that you desire. Find a way to be the hero (not the victim) in your story. OR at least recognize that you are no longer tethered in the same way. Time has passed, you have changed, you are stronger. Let go of blaming yourself - that’s where your freedom really lies…
Drop a ✨✨✨ if you agree.
Wanneer ik de ander wil veranderen is het van belang om naar binnen te keren en er te zijn voor het deel in mij wat de ander wil veranderen.

Are you truly lazy
Or are you simply in the process of resting and recovering from all that you have been through?
Are you truly procrastinating
Or are you simply prioritising what your soul finds more valuable, enriching and uplifting?
Are you truly sad
Or are you simply purging and releasing your emotions?
Are you truly broken
Or are you simply in the process of healing from past experiences and rebuilding your life?
Are you truly antisocial
Or are you simply undergoing a period of self-discovery and learning to fully embrace and enjoy your own company?
Are you truly naive
Or do you simply have an open heart and look for the best in other people?
Are you truly a loner
Or are you simply someone who prefers to spend more time alone in solitude?
Are you weak and overly emotional
Or are you simply someone with heightened sensitivity and a greater capacity to feel emotions?
Are you truly a workaholic
Or are you simply someone with great, ambitious dreams, a clear life purpose and an incredible work ethic?
Are you truly a “bitch”
Or are you simply good at standing up for yourself when necessary
And setting clear boundaries?
Are you truly ugly
Or are you simply someone who doesn’t conform to the unattainable, artificial beauty standards of society and is uniquely beautiful in their own way?
Are you truly weird, quirky or different
Or are you simply someone who possesses their own characteristic traits in a world filled with billions of people who differ from one another?
And are you going to allow others to define you
By placing all of these labels on you
Or are you going to choose to define yourself?

Parents are people too. Given their upbringings and what they learned in their early years, they developed coping mechanisms which, of course, played out in all later relationships. Can we say, they tried their best, given what they knew at the time?
We sometimes have specific ideas of what a perfect parent should be. In a perfect world, all of our needs would be met. Some people are lucky enough to have had that experience, but in a great many cases, the stuff of life gets in the way. Let's release the weight of unrealistic expectations and judgment. Instead, consider making some space for compassion and forgiveness, for both our parents and ourselves. 💖
The narrative we give our relationships can do much to move towards healing. So, consider acknowledging their efforts and hold onto the beautiful moments that are part of the picture.. Their journey shaped them, as ours shapes us. Together, we learn, we grow, and we evolve. 🌻

Advice from María Sabina, Mexican healer and poet
“Heal yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon. With the sound of the river and the waterfall. With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.
Heal yourself with mint, neem and eucalyptus.
Sweeten with lavender, rosemary and chamomile.
Embrace yourself with the cocoa bean and a touch of cinnamon.
Put love in tea instead of sugar and drink it looking at the stars.
Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.
Get strong with your bare feet on the ground and with everything that comes from it.
Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with the eye of your forehead.
Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.
Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember... you are the medicine."

Just recognizing that you have nothing to prove, you are more than enough and that you are here to BE, is a great way to start the morning.
Today, we honor Happy International Yoga Day. Yoga means union, and just being present and in alignment (in union) with your deepest self IS the full expression of yoga and all it encompasses. (Only a small part of yoga is what takes place on the mat.)
"Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self." -- The Bhagavad Gita

"Unleash the power of kindness and illuminate the world. ✨💕
Choose kindness and create a lasting impact. Be the light that lifts others up, radiating positivity and joy. Life is too short for negativity - let's consciously choose kindness as a guiding principle. Spread love, compassion, and understanding throughout the world. Your acts of kindness have the power to make a profound difference. Rise above and be the change we need. Together, let's create a brighter, kinder tomorrow."
