Instant Composing The July consists of the Turkish double bass player Esat Ekincioglu and the Dutch vocalist Renske de Boer.
The duo, active since 2014, got together while studying jazz at the Prins Claus conservatorium and have a special approach to singer-songwriter music and improvisation. The pair composes spontaneous tracks by closely listening to each other and working together: this results in fascinating compositions. The duo's live shows are described as "alienating" and "out of the ordinary," but they never lose their accessibility.
