➡️ Many believe that if you eat healthy, you don’t need supplements, but the truth is, even if you eat healthy, it’s very difficult to get adequate levels of vitamins, minerals, and supplements, let alone high enough levels for optimal health or for a long life.

➡️ However, anti-aging scientists agree that it’s important to take supplements, and this for your entire life.

➡️ Deficiencies in important nutrients are reducing quality of life, and accelerating aging.

➡️ Perhaps the biggest misconception is that you don’t need supplements “when you eat healthy.”

➡️ Unfortunately, that’s not true.

➡️ Even if you eat healthy, it’s very difficult to consume sufficient levels of important nutrients to achieve your optimal lifespan potential.

➡️ We believe that healthiest diet is a diet that slows down ageing, with the aim of keeping you younger and healthier for longer.

➡️ Such a diet will automatically lead to weight loss, given a diet that slows down ageing is the most healthy diet possible, not only improving metabolism but also addressing the root cause of all ageing related diseases, which is ageing itself.

Whether animal milk is healthy or not is a fierce debate that has been raging on for decades.

However, if you approach the animal milk discussion from an aging perspective, you can immediately see that animal milk is very likely unhealthy, especially in the long term, given that milk accelerates aging in many ways.

In addition, there are also many studies that showed that animal milk can increase the risk of prostate cancer and Parkinson’s disease and even increase mortality.

We opt for healthy options – like coconut milk! :-)

As we get older, senescent cells accumulate in the skin, the joints, the blood vessel, contributing to sagging of the skin and wrinkles, osteoarthritis, and cardiovascular diseases.

Normally, the immune system clears up senescent cells. Unfortunately, during aging the immune system starts to decline. Therefore, more and more senescent cells arise in the body.

Studies show that eliminating senescent cells can make us age less.

Fasting and exercise create mild physical stress to the body.

This type of the stress can stimulate the production of cell energy (NAD+) which further activates longevity genes and extends lifespan.

While being overweight or significantly underweight can inhibit normal ovulation, as well as a sedentary lifestyle and stress, there are several factors that can be helpful if you are trying to conceive.

Moderate exercise, practicing healthy stress coping methods, as well as spplements such as folic acid, omega 3 fatty acids, Vitamin D and NMN, will help conceive.

Good quality eggs are essential for success of conceiving, as they are the starting point for a healthy embryo.

Until now, no treatment was known to preserve, or rejuvenate egg quality, which makes NMN supplementation so interesting.

ANMN seems to be promising for optimising fertility by improving egg quality.

NAD+ helps convert food to energy.

Without NAD+, we would be on the fast track to death.

NAD+ levels can be naturally increased by promoting its synthesis - enhancing the enzymes involved in NAD+ biosynthesis or taking NAD+ precursor molecules.

The relationship between female fertility and ageing is complex.

The number of eggs (o**m) and the window for their fertilization are limited by ovarian aging. As women get older, the ability to support conception shrinks: the quantity and quality of structures that can support the o**m called ovarian follicles gradually decline, ending with menopause.

Researchers from Jiangsu University in China demonstrated that long-term treatment with nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) has anti-aging effects on ovaries.

it is possible that supplementing with NMN can go a long way for improving the chances to experience some of life’s most miraculous adventures: pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.

NAD+ is required for the activity of sirtuin enzymes, which are critical for regulating cell growth, energy metabolism, stress resistance, inflammation, circadian rhythm, and neuronal function.

Many experts suggest that taking NMN supplements may provide a variety of health benefits related to insulin sensitivity, aerobic function, and fatigue, with minimal risk of undesirable side effects.

Studies suggest that NMN health benefits start at doses of 250 mg per day, and even the most balanced diet is not able to provide you with sufficient doses of NMN to experience these benefits.

That is why supplementation with natural, beta NMN is a valid solution. Visit link for more info.

Unresolved conflict can go deeper than you may realize, and it may be affecting your physical health.

Studies have found that the act of forgiveness can reap huge rewards for your health, lowering the risk of heart attack; improving cholesterol levels and sleep; and reducing pain, blood pressure, and levels of anxiety, depression and stress.

And research points to an increase in the forgiveness-health connection as you age.

How can we intervene to improve sleep, physical performance, and avoid age-related disease to increase the number of years we live in health?

Is there one in all solution? Japanese researchers say there might be.

Okura and colleagues from Tsukuba University in Japan published in Nutrients showing that taking nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) in the afternoon for 12 weeks at 250 mg doses enhances physical function in older adults.

The results showed that afternoon NMN improves sleep duration and quality, as shown by a lower sleep disturbance score.

Findings of a new clinical trial indicated that the chronic oral supplementation of NMN improves the muscle strength and performance in healthy older men.

Placebos are driven in large part by the mindset that the pill is effective. And mindsets can be changed to improve the effectiveness of medications.

Nocebo effects are adverse events produced by negative expectations, and they can trigger immune, cardiovascular, and neuroendocrine systems.

Imparting a growth mindset about your belief in the capacity to change is an important precursor to health, healing, and happiness.

NMN is a Vitamin B3 (niacin) derivative.

It occurs naturally and can be made from dietary sources such as fruits, milk, and vegetables. In the body, NMN is used to generate nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+), a powerful and essential molecule that is found in every cell of the body.

NAD+ plays a crucial role in activating Sirtuins. Without NAD+, the SIRT1 genes can’t work and perform their role of protecting our bodies from deterioration and disease.

Scientists have discovered that NMN supplements can be used to boost NAD+ to youthful levels and protect the body against disease and deterioration.

Our intestines not only absorb the nutrients necessary to sustain life but also act as a protective barrier from the outside world.

When this barrier is disrupted, harmful molecules like pathogens can sneak into our bloodstream and wreak havoc on the rest of our organs.

However, a new study shows that nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) can help.

A normal human cell can replicate and divide roughly fifty times before it cannot divide anymore and becomes ‘’senescent cell’.

Senescent cells lose their ability to divide but remain metabolically active. They secrete numerous pro-inflammatory and proteolytic factors which are damaging.

One of the main functions of immune systems is to eliminate senescent cells and keep us healthy.

Cellular stressors, such as exposure to toxins, mechanical damage or viral infections can trigger cellular senescence in cells before to happen earlier.

Senescent cells have been shown to accumulate with age; while immune system loses its ability to remove senescent cells., due to age related immune decline.

Techniques to remove senescent cells from the body include adding micronutrients essential to your daily functioning to support the innate and adaptive immune systems, such as vitamin C and zinc, and including antioxidants, such as Resveratrol that protects against free radicals.
