Hi Shasha Eats Lovers,I started preparing meals for my son. Between school and running his own business, he has no time to cook and have a good, healthy home cooked meal. We both came up with the idea to have meals prepared that can be kept in the freezer on weekly basis which consist of 2 meals per day of lunch and dinner but to also make it as healthy, filling and affordable as possible being he is a student.
