Not your average coffee ☕️ First I made an aromatic liquid infused with cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom and dark brown sugar. Then I added a strong double espresso shot, and decorated with whipped cream with cardamom and cinnamon powder 🤎💛✨

I’m so excited to share with you this irresistibly delicious tart 😊. This is a crunchy, nutty, sweet and sour honey and almond shortbread tart 🍯 It has a nutty flavor thanks to roasted almonds, honey and sour cream in custard sing so very well together: honey is sweet and aromatic while sour cream adds its sourness which is so needed.

Here I made moist banana sponge cakes with a bit of pineapple to add some acidity to a reach cake 🍍. The cake is covered with chocolate mousse and inside there is a delicious banana cream which have quite a prominent banana flavor 😋
